Print your 3D model in fire with the NinjaTek Armadillo 1.75mm 75D TPU Nylon Alternative Filament.
With a shore hardness of 75D, this thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) nylon alternative filament has 84% better abrasion resistance than PLA and 60% better abrasion resistance than ABS. It is also resistant to many chemicals, such as naphtha, ASTM oils #1-3, petroleum, and freon. It can be used for bridging without having to worry about warping. Unlike ABS, this filament does not require a heated print bed.

Having tried several brands of nylon as well as other high end durable filaments, this takes the cake easily. This stuff is super rigid when the design is large or flat, but has enough give and amazing tensile abilities that stay true to its TPU base, especially when a design has traditionally fragile cantilevers. Nylon is somewhat brittle, and this solves nylon’s inability to completely prevent dangerous part breaks during industrial use. As advertised, this totally a nylon alternative, and it beats nylon, in my opinion. NinjaTek is definitely the TPU master-best in the business, and made in the USA!
