Keep your CPU frosty with the dual-fan NH-D15 Dual-Tower CPU Cooler from Noctua. Featuring a nickel-plated heatsink and pipes, this dual-tower cooler also sports aluminum radiators and two NF-A15 PWM cooling fans. Providing speeds of 300 to 1500 rpm at a max noise level of 24.6 dBA, the PWM fans can be controlled directly from the motherboard. And, thanks to the included low noise adapters, users can also cap the speed of the fans at 1200 rpm, while also dropping operational noise to 19.2 dBA. A Y cable is also present, allowing you to run both fans from a single motherboard connection. The Noctua NH-D15 Dual-Tower CPU Cooler is compatible with Intel LGA 1150, 1151, 1155, 1156, 1200, square-ILM 2011 and 2011-v3, and 2066 sockets. AMD AM2, AM2+, AM3, AM3+, FM1, FM2, and FM2+ sockets are also supported. Additionally, AMD AM4 sockets from 2019 and later are compatible with this cooler.

No regrets. But I have plenty of room in my case and don’t want liquid in my case. It’s doing an fine job.

Excellent heatsink/fan combo. Barely ever raises in volume, which is good, because for how large this is (seriously, measure first), it’s a whole other level.

Great experience overall. Noctua’s site gave plenty of great compatibility information, unlike some other manufacturers. Easy install, and this unit cools my overclocked i9 during stress tests and normal workloads just fine. And it’s almost silent except during the stress test.

I use one of these dual tower dual 140MM fan CPU Air Coolers to cool my AMD Ryzen 9 5950X in a CINEBENCH test that scored 26,397, placing it between a 32core/64thread Ryzen Threadripper 2990WX and a 24core/48thread Intel Xeon W3265M CPU. At 4.10GHz it held to a maximum temperature of 72.7C on my new PC during a 10 minute run which went through the full multi core test. The missing headings are: current/minimum/maximum/average.

This CPU cooler is one of the best I’ve found. Even when having multiple heavy gpu applications open, I don’t think my CPU has ever gone above 43 degrees Celsius (normally it runs around 33 degrees when doing normal projects for college).

Performs just as well as my old AIO that crapped out in a year. Dependable

Bought this to pair with a Ryzen 7 5800X. My case is 8 wide from panel to panel. Unfortunately the second fan sat too high by a 1/2. Putting the fan on the front side interfered with my Ram. On the back side the ASUS motherboard has a shield that interferes with the fan. I suggest that Noctua either changes the 2nd fan to a 120mm or even a 100mm fan so that clearance isn’t an issue. So unless you have a 9 wide case or Ram that is super low profile (No Heat Sinks) look for something smaller. I gave 3 stars because even with 1 fan this heat sink keeps my CPU around 50C at idle and around 60C under load. B&H delivered it a day earlier then they said considering I ordered it very late on a Saturday night. They said Tuesday delivery, I got it on Monday. Amazing job B&H. Highly recommend you to all my friends and family.

I wanted an AIO but it would not fit in my case so I went for the NH-D15. It does an excellent job of keeping my I7-12700k nice and cool. And it fit the ASRock Z690 Pro RS with no problems. B&H got it to me very quickly. The version I got did not have the adapter for socket 1700 so I had to buy one separately because I didn’t want to wait to get the free one from Noctua.
