3.5 stars The bag is very well made but feels heavy. Also the number of compartments reduces the capacity. I will update review after more extensive use.

It was so good I ended up returning it to buy the travel pack with accessories.

The only issue I have is it wint stand up on it’s own. What a let down from one of my favorite brands. I own all your products even the wallet. Besides that great backpack.

I love the backpack! However I feel as if there are a few things that have fallen short compared to other backpacks I have used. I am a new product development engineer and an avid traveler, I will be leaving for Japan for a month of traveling around. I will be able to provide pictures and a more elaborate review after that. So far I am fairly happy.

I love it. All of it. I own every bag you’ve made. Your loyalty to the consumers, the service you provide and the quality of the product is the top of the market. I know. I spent 20 years traveling for work and obsessing about the perfect luggage to make door to door a lot better. You win.

I like the bag, honestly I didn’t know there was a charge to track the package. Whenever I check to see the update, it always said page not available.

Went from a traditional briefcase to the backpack and it’s exactly what we hoped it would be. Great quality, designed well and still very professional. We will buy more Nomatic products.

I am traveling for work every week. I was looking for something that would look professional but also be compatible with my TravelPro FlightCrew pilot bag. That meant it had to have shoulder straps that could be fully tucked away as well as a carry handle at the top that was sturdy and would NOT tuck away. I looked at the offering from eBags and realized that their pack no longer allows the shoulder straps to disconnect. I decided to give the Nomatic a try and couldn’t be happier! It fits my laptop, tablet, notepad, power bank, all my cords/cables, passport/documents, computer mouse, compact umbrella, travel foam roller, and Bose headphones. If I have a quick trip I can expand the pack and add a clothes folder/packer. The shoulder straps fold away in less than 30 seconds and then can deploy just as quick. The only function that I don’t use regularly is the hand straps on the side of the bag. I believe those are supposed to allow the bag to be used as a briefcase. With the shape of the bag that just doesn’t work right in reality. Overall a good idea but a near miss. For my use that one thing doesn’t make a difference. The only thing that I would like to see added to the bag in the future is some MOLLE attachment points on the interior. I think this would make organization on the interior better than it already is. Otherwise, I can’t see ever moving to a different bag.

I’m a first year law student so I was looking for something really sturdy but professional looking. Though it doesn’t look as professional as I’d hope (even when held by the side strap) I don’t even care because it’s so comfortable. Bigger than I thought, but ended up being ideal since I also pack a lunch and a huge thermos of coffee. If you’re looking for something to pack a hoodie, food, coffee, and a change of shoes, along with your laptop and school supplies, this bag is perfect! Plus, the heavy duty straps make it very comfortable even with all that weight. Love it.

Watched the unboxing of this bag on a number of different YouTube channels and the all came with inserts. Disappointed this one did not come with the inserts and that they are not available…

The Nomatic bag is the best bag I’ve ever owned. I have this one for every day for work and a travel bag I use for short day trips/supplement for longer travel. They’re more expensive than every other bag I own, but I feel like if you’re in the market for the best possible bag, there isn’t another option.

My new goto daily carry. I switched from a backback to Nomatic’s amazing Messenger/Laptop over the shoulder combo last year but the backpack has brought me back. Three reasons for the switch plus the fact that it’s another amazing Nomatic product: On the positive side: * It’s somewhat roomier than the messenger bag and that extra room comes with no disadvantage in carrying comfort, and * The internal organization is even better. It does a great job of keeping my every day stuff closer while still having room for the bulkier occasional use stuff I need to drag with me. And one contra-negative: * As much as I love the magnetic carry strap on the messenger, not so much with doormen and Uber drivers who consistently rip the thing off tossing the bag on some unsightly tumbles. No such creative attachments on the backpack. Kudos on another great product!
