Big fan of this bag. Zippers are a little stiff but I’m guessing that there’s a break in period. I also own the Peter McKinnon camera bag and they compliment each other very well!

The back pack is pretty versatile with plenty of pockets to get wild. Two major setbacks are the very very cheap zippers and the expansion only expands the bottom part of the bag.
Adolfo Boehm (verified owner) –
Surprisingly heavy, but otherwise everything I hoped for.

I like the storage and the way it feels on my back.

I’m happy with the bag although I ripped the chest strap off just by holding on to it. I probably could put it back on but haven’t tried. Other bags have done this, but usually it’s after they’ve been worn out. Lots and lots of creative pockets in all kinds of areas, it’s a pretty OK bag. I’m switching from an OGIO Renegade I’ve had for 10 years (and bought 3x before the last one ripped). I’d recommend. Watch out for their restocking fee if you’re returning the bag.

This was a gift for my techy partner who was wanting a stylish bag which could accomodate all his gear and be comfortable to wear when cycling or going about his day. It really helps that it is light and not bulky, so it looks good but its also very convenient for travel. I am very impressed with this bag and he certainly loved it! Firstly, the finish is beautiful, it looks smart and elegant but without frills and it is simply useful. Many, well thought out pockets make it easy to use it and convenient for travel. One of the highlights (among cool, hiden pockets) are the magnetic side pockets for bottles of water, just so much better than the horrible mesh on standard backpacks. We havent tested it in rainy conditions yet, but for now we are both very impressed and happy with it. Thank you Nomatic!

Best dam backpack I’ve ever bought and I’ve bought a few!! There is literally a place to organize everything you have!

Great bag… its durable, functional and looks cool.
Consuelo Simonis (verified owner) –
It’s a great backpack but the zippers that allow for side access make it impossible to secure the main compartment since you can open the side and take everything out.

I cannot leave without a backpack… I’ve had many, many, many backpacks but by far the best backpack for my professional and personal life! Great job!

I had my last backpack for 12 years because I loved it so much. After buying this backpack, I don’t even miss my old one…

The bag is perfect for all my electronic gadgets I like to take to work with me.

Just used it on a trip to Italy. I keep everything I can’t afford to lose in it. It’s really organized and everything has its own pocket. It’s well made also. A friend already ordered one after looking it over.

Pockets and overall functionality is great, however, key ring isn’t as realistically functional. Zippers are quite stiff even after months of use and get stuck often.

Loved the idea of this bag and backed on kickstarter. Was great for first year and then started to weeble/wobble whenever setting it on a flat surface. Straps and stitching has started to fray. Zippers and compartments still get the job done, but irritated it won’t stay upright anymore. Guess not all things can stay up for as long the older they get…. Can I get viagra for nomatic bags please? :joy:

This backpack is a perfect pack for work or traveling light. It helps me organize everything and has so many pockets. I love the waterproof feature and durable material it’s made of. Would definitely recommend this pack for anyone!

My wife bought me the Nomatic Backpack for a birthday gift the beginning of 2018. I have taken it on airplanes and into business meetings in more than 10 countries since then. I love the functionality of it. The pockets, accessibility aspects, and overall design makes it hands-down the best backpack I have ever owned. That being said, I wish it were made of better quality materials. The first item to deteriorate was the inside shoe pocket that tore away from the elastic in 2020 (I have a size 13 shoe so I’ve never been able to have shoes in that slot. Instead I keep my Bose headphones and bookbook case there). It wasn’t that big of a deal, because I was able to get it sewn up and reinforced. During the past 3 months though, I have noticed the excessive wear on the outside as the outer layer has pealed off around the top of the straps, creating a disintegrating look, and on the bottom where the metal support rods now are clearly exposed because they have punctured through the bottom. All these in and of themselves are not a deal breaker for me (after all, I have carried it in 1st and 2nd world countries for 4 years) as much as the zipper for the main compartment coming apart and the bag no longer closes. That makes the bag unusable, which is very disappointing. I am still uncertain if I will replace this bag with another Nomatic, as I am disappointed in the lack of quality and endurance for the price. Again, functionally it is the best backpack I have ever owned. But if the quality doesn’t stand up to my everyday business lifestyle, function doesn’t do me much good.

4 stars. The only thing that could have been perfected is that sunglasses case. Takes up too much room and was the only functional piece that wasn’t as well thought out. Everything else was brilliant, polished and intuitive.
