Keep yourself comfortable and your gear secure with the Backpack V2 from Nomatic. Designed for everyday use, this backpack features a convertible design. Whether wearing it on your shoulders, carrying it by the top handle, or using it as a briefcase, rest assured the durable, water-resistant exterior has you protected. Featuring a convertible design, this bag offers a capacity of 20 to 24L. Inside, you’ll find a laptop, RFID, and hidden pocket. A magnetic water bottle pocket is also present, and a retractable key leash and top access pocket keep much-needed items within reach. The Backpack V2 also features a cord pass-through and a roller sleeve for attaching the bag to luggage.

Great backpack! It’s light, well balanced & superbly organized. I really appreciate all the though & attention to detail that have gone into this bag. I love all the pockets. I love the storage capacity. However, I would like to mention a few minor points: 1) The shoulder straps could have a bit more padding. 2) I would like elastic bands added to all adjustable straps for controlling the loose ends. But I can easily have that added myself. 3) since this is a highly customized bag it would be cool if you offered customizable options to the customer. 4) Personally I would change the heads on the zippers because I doubt I will need to lock them and would rather have normal zipper heads. That is all. Thanks a lot for this amazing backpack!

I thought about this for months as I travel frequently and knew exactly what features were must haves. This delivered so much more than that and is by far the best backpack I have ever owned. I either take a carryon which this fits on when I wheel it through airports, the straps tucking away is genius and works easily, no more straps in the aisles. The design with the zip around, side and top access is not what I typically use and this is so much better functionally. These guys put a lot of thought into the design and it shows. I would buy again and recommend but I do have one complaint and a suggestion. The zippers are not smooth and that’s a major flaw and annoyance. Maybe it’s jusy mine, I am considering oiling them I guess. And major suggestion is weight. The reason I hesitated as long as I did is the weight is not what I considered lightweight but I ordered this knowing it so that’s on me. If this was lighter it would be perfect. Still, buy it, it’s a great versatile pack that looks really good but is also super functional.

Love this backpack. I am a software developer and have no complaints about it. Comfortable, just the right size for a laptop and extra equipment like an iPad, external battery charger, notebooks, and a few books (I like to read). The two magnetic bottle holders can hold quite a large bottle diameter. Again, it’s an all around great backpack coming from a software dev.

I backed up the kickstarter of the backpack and after around 5 years of daily abuse and travel I think the backpack is still in an very good shape, no premature tears and wear. The only thing that did got broke (after 5 years) are the moving part of the zipper that did deform I think, the static part is in good shape. It will probably take some fideling to fix, I contacted the customer service to see if I can send it to them for fixing and adding 5 more years of use at least 🙂

I would call myself a backpack snob and this is by far the best bag I have ever owned! I am a Nomatic fan for life, whatever they make, I will buy! I love so many things about this bag: 1) I love that it doesn’t collapse if not fully packed. 2) I love the magnetic water bottle holders that store away while not in use. 3) I love that there is a pocket for every item I could possible need. 4) I love that it is durable yet still stylish and lightweight. 5) I love that it is waterproof! 6) I love the chest strap. 7) I love that the zippers open from both sides so I have quick access to items stored on the bottom of the bag. 8) I love the hidden pocket for valuables when traveling. 9) I love that the bag opens all the way up and lays flat for packing and/or TSA. 10) I love that it expands when needed. There are so many more things I could talk about, but I’ll stop there!

I purchased the backpack about a month ago in efforts to find a bag that supported my heavy work-travel schedule. Going in and out of airports multiple times weekly, I’ve found it challenging stay organized and feel confident going through security at the airport and knowing that I have everything I need without having to take 100 things out to adhere to the screening process. Took me over 6 months of research to find a proper backpack and finally came across this. Been using this backpack for almost 5 months now and I could not be more happier with my selection. I’m a techy, and already use a pouch, but this pack lets me carry those extra items with ease because of the number of pockets available. Plus, even with a full load, it’s still lighter then my previous pack. The top access pocket is my fav! I’m also a big guy, so the strap system was a big factor for me, happy to say it’s very comfy and when properly used, it distributes the weight nicely. The quality of the material is also topnotch. I can be a bit rough with my stuff, and this has taken it all so far. I’m not sure if I’d use it for travel though, I use it in expanded form for my daily use/work. So, I may need the bigger travel backpack for when travel becomes easier! haha. Oh! and even though the sunglass case is a lifesaver, be mindful of it! you will hate it till you get used it. With all that said, highly suggest this pack for big guys like myself, because of the comfort factor, and/or those who are just looking for simple, smooth, subtle aesthetics with lots of functionality for daily use.

Purchased this as a birthday gift for my husband. He travels for work a lot and previously his Swiss Army backpack strap broke. He loves all the pockets & sections for his multiple laptops & iPads he has to carry for work. Its light weight so easy to carry and love that it stands upright on its own so you don’t have to worry about it falling over spilling anything out.

This bag is absolutely great! Plenty of storage space that cam accommodate all of daily needs to and from work and just to take out necessary items anytime! The zippers are an added bonus to get to exactly what you need and nothing more. The price may seem more than a bit high but the Nomatic lifetime warranty assures me I’ll get my money’s worth out of this backpack. I do like the sturdiness of the pack. Very well made. That said I’m interested as to how wear tear will do to it.
