Great bag and very well made. Only let down was I didn’t received the gift (free wallet).

Let me start by saying that this is the best backpack I have ever owned and I am enjoying using it every single day. I have minor issues that I’d love to see it improved in the next iteration (and hence subtracting one star). But again, it is the best backpack I have ever used and I have used plenty. – Sometimes the zippers are harder to move around the corners – The water bottle magnetic mesh is the tightest I have ever experience, it is elastic enough and keeps the bottle super secured, but it is always a struggle to get the bottle in – The awesome stealth material, while cool, it attracts dust as a magnet on the slightest contact. So, my usual habit of through the backpack on the floor in transport or waiting for a bus, requires me to do more rubbing than I’d like to. – The side handles are very uncomfortable in comparison to the top one. I don’t use it in that mode anyways, but it is something worth noting. Also, it would have been nice if you can attach a strap to be able to carry it as a messenger bag. I was going to say I’d rather a version without them, but I realized that I have used them a couple of times already while moving the bag around (hence I knew they are not as comfortable) The only thing, I didn’t have the chance to test and might be a deal breaker, how it will do under pouring rain. It did very well under snow, but rain is something else 😀

Great backpack! I researched a bunch in the field and this one offered the best combination of practicality, durability and style.

It’s probably not fair of me to rate it less than five stars, because it is the best backpack I’ve owned in a long time! However my two complaints are… One, the zippers are not easy to use. They are probably really strong and will last forever but don’t zip open and shut as easily as I would prefer. Two, I really miss my iPad pocket in my old laptop which was located between the two main sections. It would be nice if there was quick access to your iPad or your journal as opposed to having to open up so much to get to it now. Third, my previous backpack allowed me to put the backpack on my carry-on handle vertically or horizontally. This backpack only goes on horizontally. The problem with that is it tends to catch on airplane seats as you’re rolling it down the aisle. Other than that, this is an amazing backpack that looks really good and I can tell will last for an extremely long time!

This is my go to daily bag! I love it versatility!

I’ll give it 2 stars for organization & for having comfortable straps and top handle. You could say it can fit virtually anything you throw at it. When it comes to commute, it’s too boxy/clunky. You can’t take it off and sit on a train with it on your lap…it’s like trying to hug a box. Also the main top handle it always in the way. The main zippers are awkward to get used to. The sternum strap is not removable, I think it should be. The strap tuck away feature (with the buttons on the back) is actually more time consuming than anything. The straps never fit nice in there either. I could see this being a good traveler bag. But for daily, it makes it difficult to get anything out

The backpack is awesome, stores everything I need for work especially when I’m traveling. I only have one small complaint and that is that the zippers of the large opening do not glide smoothly around the curve. For some reason the get stuck going around, other than that the bag is great.

Wish that it would stand up without falling over. Also, I thought that included more than 1 insert.

Overall it’s very functional. It has many slots and iscompact. I was able to fit everything from my old backpack plus an extra laptop and it’s half the width of my old backpack. Overall, I would recommend! Phone pocket is tight for bigger phones. I wish it have the option to lay your backpack vertically or horizontally. Currently, you have to lay the backpack sideways to attach it to your carry on.

Nearly perfect, the fabric in the back does not breathe enough.

Love this Bag!!! Been a Briggs & Riley user and a Tumi user. This bag came highly recommended by a friend I trust so I got it. Wow! So glad I did. This is the first bag that I feel is designed around me as opposed to me having to adjust to the bag. Everything about it is intuitive. From the top opening, to the RFID pocket, to the retractable leash, everything about it is easy and well-designed. I also love the two expandable side water bottle holders. I’m about to take my first international trip with it. If something changes, I’ll update my review.

I waited 5 months on a replacement i understand global supply chain issues but inventory kept coming in and i was one of the last to receive my bag due to warranty replacement. i had to email 6 different times to check the status of my replacement, i hope your supply chain issues are sorted out by now.

Very well thought out bag, lots of room. Only thing I was disappointed with was there was a rip inside the hidden pocket in the back.

Great for my consulting job. Can carry everything I need yet still look professional in office or when meeting with clients.
Juliet Koss (verified owner) –
The bag has many benefits that other travel bags lack: – Looks professional – Has lots of inside pockets – Cool features like a built in case for your glasses. Things I am not too happy about: – The bag is big enough for regular travel without cloths. I really think they should have made some kind of expandable compartment for adding cloths to your trip. The one size up bag it too big, and this one is too small. – The compartment for your glasses has a lid that is not attached and could get easily lost. – The water bottle compartments on the side are not big enough for regular travel water bottles. When traveling it is important to be able to drink more water than what those pockets can hold. – The space in the back of the backpack, to slip over your rolling carry-on luggage handle, is too small.

Backpack is great, pockets for everything I carry, and only compaint is that the magnets on the magnetic side pockets could be stronger. They sometimes don’t collapse automatically.

Let’s start with the quality. Best bag I Have ever purchased. You were not kidding on the functionality of this bag. It has a pocket for every tool I need. Overall I couldn’t be happier I purchased.
