Haven’t had an opportunity to use it yet but it looks like it is a good quality

This is my third Nordic Ware omelet (or the similar frittata) pan; I bought the first one about 6/7 years ago. Most important factor: don’t assume that the pans are only useful for making omelets or frittatas. I generally cook for one or two people, and these products are a perfect fit for one entree and one side dish (eggs or pancakes and bacon), or two servings of almost anything you want to fry or saute. I use these pans for at least one meal a day, every day of the year. I love these products; however, they are heat sensitive which is why each pan lasts 2-3 years. (I have an electric glass-top range which makes heat control a real pain sometimes.) Being non-stick, these pans are easy to clean by hand; they should absolutely not be put in your dishwasher. My Nordic Ware pans are no substitute for my professional grade skillets and saute pans, but I can imagine they would fit a niche in most kitchens!

Was easy to fix great omelets and poached eggs that did not break. Cleaning was simple. Fixed a nice breakfast in just minutes.

This was my third and final try to find a worthwhile pan for omeletes. This pan is the best. Eggs came out just like in the picture. Thanks
