I chose the Nordic griddle because of size, weight, and non stick cleanup. Last night I grilled shrimp and Mahi Mahi for a group of 10. Check all the boxes ✔️. I placed the griddle on my BBQ and preheated to approx 400F. Cooking time was quick due to the size of griddle, heat was even throughout the entire griddle, and cleanup afterwards was a breeze. The backsplash is a key feature as it makes flipping food easy. I highly recommend this griddle and look forward to the next use … Maybe bacon, hash browns, and eggs!

This griddle is made by Nordicware. It’s exactly what I was looking for. This griddle is large enough for several burgers or steaks, pancakes and sausage and bacon, eggs, too. I’ve also made shrimp as well as stir fry on this griddle. It fits great on my gas grill (it can also be used on stove top). I love the size (some griddles are too small.) It’s sturdy but not too heavy like a similarly sized cast iron griddle. Food cooks great on it and it’s super easy to clean up. It’s very affordable, too. I’m absolutely thrilled with this griddle!

This griddle does bacon, sausage, pancakes, burgers. Everything slides right off. The grill itself stays brand new. I take the griddle inside and wash in sink . done. Awesome. I am going to get more to give to the kids. The guys at camp already have one. We really like using it.

I was looking to get an electric grill but wasn’t that impressed with the quality of the options out there. I saw this and I am so glad I got it. I’ve only used it so far on my electric coil stove but it makes cooking pancakes and sausages a breeze. The large flat surface and grease well provides an ideal cooking platform and reduces the mess of grease splashing around the stove. I recommend giving it a quick coating of oil to make ensure things like pancakes don’t stick. I’ve had no problems so far and have experienced to warping even at high temperatures.

Since I have a glass top range, it does not work for me to sit this on my burners so I sit this Nordic Ware Aluminum Grill inside my outdoor gas grill, over the griddle. I works great! I have cooked hamburgers, steaks and bacon and eggs on it. This keeps the greasy smell on the outside of the house and is so easy to use. The grease all goes down into the back splash. When I do my eggs, I just prop a steel spatula under the front edge so the grill is level and my eggs don’t slip down into the back splash. For fast grilling, I bring down the lid of my outside grill and cover everything. The size is great for my husband and I and there would be room to place food for 4-5 people if having company. It is not large which makes it easier for me to lift off and drain the grease from the back splash. I then take a paper towel and wipe the rest of the grill clean and it is ready for another use!! Love it!!
