This pan produced beautiful tart shells that were uniform in color on the bottoms and sides. I used a standard pastry dough, pressed into each well then baked the shells unfilled, without weights. Tarts released from pan with no sticking or breakage. I am very happy with this purchase and highly recommend this pan.
