I have used a variety of popover pans over the decades. This one is hands down the best. Steep side walls allow the popovers to rise high, and the non stick surface releases them just by tipping the pan. The heavy metal construction allows even heat distribution and even cooking.

First all Nordic Ware is good stuff. Heavy aluminum pan. I was told this is the best popover pan many years ago and I completely agree. Makes great popovers and they fall out of the pan. It is a non stick pan so only clean with cloth and soap and water. No cooking spray just butter.

Have used once. Did NOT use the recipe that came with the pan. Most recommend preheated Pan with butter in the pan. Doing that made great popovers.
