I bought this for my husband for Christmas. He really likes it and it does a good job. the hot dogs are really hot. the buns are mostly toasted around the edges but are warm. I but the hot dogs in first for a little while and turn them around once, because he likes them well done. But they do come out hot and cooked. I would recommend this product.

At first, I was skeptical if this really worked. However, after using this to cook just one hot dog, I was convinced. This is a really fun way to prepare frankfurters and rolls in record time ! Cooks the meat and rolls perfectly, every time. No problem removing them either, using the included tongs. We even learned that separated hamburger rolls fit and heat perfectly also ! I really do love that I can make very fast hot dogs with absolutely no mess. Great for lunch, dinner, or snack time ! Easy clean up too, plus looks great on the counter. All around a definite win !

Sometimes the buns do not fit in it perfectly. You almost need to cook the hot dogs and then do the buns. Overall it is worth purchasing, teenagers can use it without a problem which was why I purchased it

Both my husband and grandson love hot dogs, and I love the retro look of this appliance. I recently ordered online and It was delivered quickly. Although the packaging did not seem as sturdy as I would have liked, it arrived in good condition! It works quickly and easily for lunch and snacking. Well worth the price, and I will be purchasing one for my daughter.

Overall I am very happy with this hot dog toaster. The only issue I had with it is that if the setting is high enough to cook the hot dog adequately the bun will burn around the edges. So, I set it to cook the bun, then toast the hot dog again. This way the bun and hot dog are both cooked to my liking.
