This replica looking hot air popcorn maker looks nice on the counter top and is easy to use. Plug it in and heat it up, turn it off and add popcorn, turn it back on and shortly after that there is fresh hot popcorn. As with any hot air popper you add the seasonings after it is done. The hot air popper is much healthier than microwave corn but a little drier. The unit is all plastic on the outside with a metal heating chamber. Needs to cool down between popings.

Popcorn is delicious! Wish you could insert butter into the popcorn chamber. Not all the popcorn comes out of the chamber and takes some wiggling around to get out.

I love this old fashioned style popcorn popper. One feature I love is that it does not use oil.The popcorn is popped by hot air instead of oil. Much healthier for you and the popcorn tastesdelicious. I popped some last night and the aroma through out the house smelled so good. Smelledlike I just walked into a movie theater..ha. For the 5 of us we cooked two batches and there wasnone left in the bowl. I thought I would have some left over but it went fast. So that would tellyou the popcorn was quite tasty. We did sprinkle a bit of sea salt and a bit of melted butter (was notreal butter though) over the popcorn and man it was delicious. I had not had any popcorn in a long time.The Popcorn Stand really works great and it is fun to watch. We used a big bowl to catch the popcornand it all went right into the bowl. None of it flew out anywhere so did not have to pick up popcorn everywhere. The clear plastic shoot on the front keeps it going right in the bowl.Everyone loved the taste of the popcorn. This popcorn popper will be nice for when my great nieces and nephews come in. They will love watchingit and better still eating it. We used the measuring cup like it said it that was a nice feature to know exactly how much to use.After we poured the popcorn kernels into the popcorn maker all we did was plug it in and that was all.So easy. I remember as a kid our mother would stand at the stove and shake the pot until the popcornwas made. This popcorn maker is so easy to use. I love anything that is quick and easy in the kitchenand this popcorn maker rates right up there. We can now fix healthy snacks fast. The Popcorn Popper looks cute sitting on our island in the kitchen. Several people have said they needto get one of those. Well if you love popcorn to snack on I would recommend taking a look at this VintagePopcorn Maker. Measurments are 16 3/4 inches high – 7 1/4 inches wide and 9 1/2 inches depth.

Very awkward (and dangerous) to clear popcorn chamber of last popped corn. Doesn’t clear on it’s own. Must dissemble popper to dump out last popped corn, before next batch.

This vintage style air corn popper brought just the added touch we have been looking for as an addition to our media room. It brings an appropriate old time charm to the room for family night and it also pops a great bowl of popcorn in just a few minutes. This air popper sits conveniently on a side table and is very easy to use. The instructions specify that the popper should be turned on to warm up for a couple of minutes before pouring in the popcorn and I have found that to be a very important step. If you pour in the popcorn and then turn on the popper, many of the kernels do not have enough time to heat before the bottom kernels start popping. This ends up pushing out many unheated kernels and popping only about half of the total amount. On the other hand letting the popper warm up for at least 2 minutes, (for our house we let it run 3-4 minutes), then pour in the kernels directly from the top. The end results is usually 99-100% of all the kernels get popped completely. On a couple of occasions, after the first batch is popped, we add more kernels and continue popping until we are finished with a second batch. After we have finished popping the popcorn, I turn off and unplug the unit, then pour any stuck kernels into the bowl and let the unit cool down for next time. Since getting this popper, our family has made popcorn at least once or twice a week for a evening snack while watching TV or a movie together. We could not be happier.

Nostalgia Vintage Hot Air Pop Corn Maker is a healthy alternative for making pop corn. It works very well out of the box. The steps to popping are different. Start machine, run 2 minutes, shut off machine, add corn and turn machine back on. The popping starts fast. It only takes a couple of minutes to fill bowl. There was some un- popped kernels in the bowl. Good machine for the money, it looks Great and fun to use.
