The design of this vintage style air popcorn popper is adorable! It’s pretty cool to look at on the shelf, and gets comments from all new visitors to the house. Really Cute! It also pops a bowl of popcorn relatively quick-like. It’s very easy to use. The instructions say that the popper should be turned on to warm up for a couple of minutes before pouring in the popcorn and if you don’t, you get quite a few “Old Maids” jumping into the bowl initially. Follow the instructions! It’s important! When you let it warm up for 3-4 minutes, you usually get about 90% of the kernels to pop. You must unplug and then shake/tilt the unit to free popped kernels that have a tendency to hang up inside the machine. Really not a big deal…I’ve found that you need to add melted butter and seasonings to get any flavor out of the popcorn, and I can readily guess that the “Hot Air” popping method adds absolutely NO flavor. It’s really kind of like “popped cardboard”. This popper works great if you follow the heating instructions, and the Grandkids love watching it do it’s thing. It isn’t really a great popper for giving you that “Movie Theater Popcorn Flavor”, but that “CAN” be had with just a few minor additions.I’ve learned that I can make it taste good, and I really love the nostalgic design of the machine. I think that once you know and understand its limitations, a great time can be had by all. I give it a thumbs up!!!

Looks great, just a little disappointed in how the kernels do not all pop, even though I followed the directions with heating it up, the amount, etc.. I wouldn’t mind if it was some, but I’ve used it numerous times & a lot of kernels remain unpopped. The popcorn tastes good!

Fit and finish were fine. Pops corn without a problem. Cute for kids but maybe small for adults.
