The Nova Jaws are well machined, easy to install. I’ve used the 6017 75mm Long nose on a small alder bowl project. The extended length of the jaws is a great benefit when turning backside. I started to rough out a 11 1/2″ alder bowl, and am using the PJSN Power Grip jaws. The jaws have a little more mass that helps in dampening vibrations. The jaws are not plated with any anti-rust so an occasional waxing will work to prevent rust.
