NOVA 9018 1/2 in. Drill Chuck is a precision chuck for use with Wood lathes and Drill Presses. Includes a 2MT spindle. Perfect drill chuck accessory for NOVA Lathesor any lathe or drill press with a 2MT spindle. It can hold 1/6 in. /1.58 mm through to 1/2 in./12.7 mm. Comes complete with a Drill Chuck Key. The Nova Chuck is perfect for boring holes on a lathe project. Simply insert and tighten in the tailstock, turn on the lathe motor, set speed based on size of the bit and advance the tail stock so the bit advances into the project. This one is very easy to use, just is not keyless; the chuck key is included and works.
