what can yu say about a pot? Inside coating prevents rusting. Most others do not have this

I wish the handle would stay up like demonstrated in the picture. Other than that minor issue, I love it!

Looks great on top of the cast iron stove!

Was a Christmas gift and recipients loved it for their wood stove

This is a nice heavy duty teapot that can be stored on an active stove a few hours at a time. The lid sits on the rimless top of the kettle, making it a little difficult to top up the kettle. However, the item appears to be well made.

It’s jyst the right size and the lining in it will help keep it looking beautiful on the stove in the livingroom.

Perfect item, better than expected.

It’s a beautiful piece but it’s rather heavy and requires that you add a lot of water (which makes it heavier) in order to maintain a safe tipping point. I.e. pouring with low water level, you can exceed 90 degree’s; handle is a thinner cast and hinged and can roll or iron lid could fall off.

Attractive and functional. Pleased with purchase. (Note that stainless steel strainer listed as included in booklet that comes with it did not actually come with it.)

I do re-enacting as a 1720’s Pirate and as character from the French and Indian War. I do period encampments where we cook over a fire. I wanted a kettle that I could use on or near an open fire to keep 3 liters of water hot for tea, coffee or just for washing up after meals, this kettle fills the bill. It is well crafted and works great. We also use it during regular family camping for the same purpose.

Bought this to set on our wood burning stove, to keep some humidity in the house. It’s very heavy duty, and nice looking. Love it

As a teapot, it is fine. It’s not as good as a humidifier for the woodstove, however.

This is a really nice kettle. It’s pretty large too. The enamel inside is solid.

It works great as a humidifier and we always have boiling water for tea when the fire is going in our woodstove.
