The product , I was told would help to form stiff peaks with egg whites. Yes , it does. i love my new anniversary bowls. I just put a hand towel in a circle and set the bowl down on the towel to keep it sturdy. i can whip up cream and make stiff peaks no problem. Really enjoying the new bakes the food channels have inspired me to do.
