Description

This blade is manufactured out of high carbon steel. The Flex Back band saw blade with the regular tooth shape is great for making fine cuts. These are heavy-duty, durable commercial grade blades perfect for any industrial, woodworking or DIY project.

Tooth hardness: 62-63 RC, back hardness: 28-32 RC, raker set: left, right, straight (raker) pattern
Cuts hard/soft wood, plastic, mild steel and non-ferrous metal

Reclaimed Wood MishapMy first sawing job with the new blade was a 1″ thick slab of reclaimed oak. On the first pass, when nearly through the board, I encountered a hidden nail coming in from the edge. I immediately stopped sawing and backed out the wood. The nail was cut nearly through and I was sure the new blade was ruined. I tested it on another board and could tell no difference in the cutting, still fast and smooth. I finished my project cutting many more boards and the blade continued to cut like a new one. The best blade I’ve ever used!
