Is good for a home diy person when I opened up the box the anvils was chiped a little which I don’t care and where u bolt it down to a workbench the bolt hole was not like the rest it still had the hump on it which I don’t care about that either I still stuck a bolt down throw it it works an hold the vise down that all I care about

Extremely rough casting base does not swivel easy. anvil is not hardened, but first the price it will do.

Good quality. The only weird thing is it is really hard to turn the handle. The mechanism is really tight. Maybe it will loosen with use.

Been searching for a bench vice for a couple years now but couldn’t bring myself to purchase one as they were pretty expensive. Came across this bench vise on Home Depot.com and for the price of it I decided to purchase it and I’m very pleased with it. Good solid construction. My only complaint is I think the mounting hardware should be included.

Decent quality and workmanship! The item recieved doesnt have the white lettering like the pictures and the anvil doesnt stick out as far like the pictures. Other than that its a good product!

Great tool! Solid. Easy to install. However a tiny little piece of metal was sticking out from the handle that made a deep cut in my finger. I had to sand it to get rid of it.
