I am a first time juicer. I thought this was a great entry level machine and was very impressed with it. However, after only one month of using it daily the Drum and Feed Chute (H3000D) broke at the end where the end cap twists into it. That was disappointing.

For the low price, it’s pretty decent. It does the job but you can only do a 4oz. glass at a time to prevent clogging. Cleaning is easy too; just have a small brush handy (toothbrush will do) for the cylinder.
