Thanks to a polycarbonate inner shell, internal foam padding, synthetic rubber cover, and a touchscreen-compatible screen protector, the black Defender Series Case from Otterbox delivers three-layered, 360° protection for your iPad mini 4. Installation is literally a snap, as is attaching the shield stand to the front or back of the case. For typing or viewing videos, simply place the bottom edge of the Defender Case inside the shield stand and adjust the built-in support as required. Well-designed, the Defender Case may be used with or without its shield. Best of all, case cutouts and port plugs protect and provide access to the iPad mini’s controls and functions. Very protective case but it tends to block the sound to the microphone for talking on the phone. I have the same problem on my iPhone 6s+ OtterBox case. I had to drill a hole near the microphone in the OtterBox case to get my other phone to work.

If you need or want to protect your Iphone 4&4S, this is the cover to get. It protects really well from any impacts. But if you are looking for beauty than I would not recommend this one as this is not the prettiest thing to cover your Iphone with. For me it really did the Job i was looking for.

Whenever I put the case on my iPad mini the case is a little too big to get my camera and volume button I had to place it high in the case and now only half of my home button is accessible

Really love my otter box defender case for iPad 7th generation. Is a little pricey though. I like the fact that is has both vertical and horizontal positions on the case with a built in screen protector. Otter box products are the best I received my order sooner than expected too!! Great service

If your looking for ultimate protection, you have found the case. However there are a few drawbacks. It does add bulk to the iPhone and takes away some of the beauty of it. The screen protector does add a kinda sparkle to the screen, I saw a few reviews where people took off the built in protector and put there own in. Have not tried it, but it should work fine. Bottom line: Gives you a lot of peace of mind, if you are willing to make scarifies.

It is a heavy duty looking and feel case but the only problem I had with it is I needed to peel off the screen portion of the case which will probably result in it not being waterproof,, I had to take it off cause it really effected the sensitivity of the touch feature in the iPhone
