Man, this thing is expensive. But you get what you pay for. And what you’re paying for is a nearly bulletproof suit of armor for your pricey iPad 2. Fit and finish tolerances are razor sharp close. Screen protector is awesome. Excellent stand and cover assembly.

Yeah OtterBox case itself is awesome you could probably drop this thing from 10 feet on the corner and it would survive. The problem is the stand, it is not adjustable you’re either using it nearly vertical or nearly flat somewhere in the middle would’ve been nice.

My husband asked me to pick up an Otter phone case for his new iPhone. I finally stepped into the 21 Century and purchased an Iphone 4S. I love it! It will need to last me for at least two year–since that my new contract. I wanted to buy a case that would withstand ANYTHING. The customer service rep suggested two Otter Box case but one would definitely protect against almost anything …even a 23 foot drop out of a wind. So I went with Pink and Plum durable Otter Box cover and I am in love. At first it appears to be a little bulky but once it hits your hand you will love the casing and the feel. Get this product!

As always B & H did a great job of making the order process easy and delivery was prompt as well as when they said it’d be. Feels like solid protection, the anti-skid back and rim makes you really work at it if you were to want to knock it off the desk onto the floor. Bit pricey but very worth it.

I have the original iPad and the first iPad Air that are equipped with the defender cases. From day one they’ve been in the cases and recently I took them out and as expected, not a scratch, dint or crack on either one. I purchased a new iPad Air GEN4 and of course, time to equip it with a defender case so I ordered one. I should have looked closer and realized they have designed the case differently so it is in part my fault, but the case is not like the old ones. The new case has a compartment for the Apple pen. Good concept, but it’s a cheap thin plastic door on the side that will not last. With the door removed almost the entire side of the iPad is exposed. Just opening it, it fell off and I had to snap it back on. Both of my old iPads have lasted through two kids and the new iPad was intended to be for my youngest child. I do not have confidence in the new defender case to hold up and protect the iPad the way previous models have. Otter box needs to do away with the cheap plastic door that pops off and my child will loose or come out with another completely sealed case like previous models.

I bought this for my 4th generation iPad Pro 12.9″ and fits perfectly. I have yet to drop my iPad but I am less worried about being careful all the time since this is attached to my iPad because of my 3 young children. I use an OtterBox cases on all my iPhones and IPads, and after several years of drops, throws, slams, drools, chews, kicks, etc my phone and Ipad has come out 100% unscathed

Well-made and durable, and sold at a good price. It should do a good job of protecting my smartphone. Outer shell is grippy but still goes into and out of a pants pocket easier than a gel cover.
