Solid case with superb protection. Great rubberized back and sides for grip too. I’ve tried a few cases before this(as well as for some other prior phones) and this Otterbox defender series case beats them hands down. Built like tank. Does add some bulk but it’s worth it. It has buttons on the case for the power and volume levels which works just fine without much pressure applied needed for either.A built in thin plastic screen protector too. So no more bubbles! Got the best deal online for this case through B&H. Highly recommend!

I do really prefer otterbox cases to the others …. Unfortunately, the fit and general quality of this case leave a bit to want for…. Fit on the new models may be better……..

Received the Defender case and it is the same basic design but still very different from previous versions. The case is sturdier, heavier and fully accommodates the iPad Air. Nice allowances for speakers, charging plugs, Touch ID button and iPad pencil charging. I do have a little difficulty separating the two pieces but it should get easier as it’s more used.

Great protective case for smartphone. Snaps together around phone and includes built-in screen protector. Also included is a belt clip style carry holster that this snaps into. I’m impressed how securely this works! Phone has never accidentally come out of this holster.

Position your iPhone for click-in very precisely otherwise it does not snap in properly and might fall out. Snapping-in your iPhone screen facing towards you, the frame pushes the volume buttons and put your phone to silence. You might miss important calls! Wandering this wasn’t figured out before getting this device to the market.

I got this for my daughter’s iPad mini after the screen got a crack by the edge while in a different brand of case. It fits snug and has raised edges and so far has prevented the crack from getting worse. It comes with a built-in plastic screen protector that’s very responsive. She didn’t realize it was there when she was using it. I would strongly suggest buying an otterbox defender case to protect iPads, phones, etc.

I suppose it does what it says, but for the price I expected better quality materials, precision, and feel. 1. The outer rubberized back piece has a very strong unpleasant odor out of the box. 2. The hard plastic parts have the look and feel of polystyrene. 3. The clear plastic sheet intended to cover the screen of the iPad Pro does not have the clarity of acrylic, looks cheap, and feels unpleasant. Basically, I expected this iPad case to be a larger version of a well made iPhone case, and the screen cover to be super smooth and clear – it isn’t. That clear plastic cover is attached to the top outer plastic part with an adhesive, so if you don’t want to use it you have to manually detach it by an appropriate means. If you don’t expect a super good look and feel of your iPad case and assuming the odor from the rubberized outer will go away with time this case will be acceptable.
