My experience started off well and just got better from there.I received a nice surprise when informed my order was available for pickup at store EARLY!I spent some time researching Blue LED Glass Electric Kettles before I purchased this one. Previously, I had one that made the water appear a beautiful blue, but it broke and I don’t recall the brand. I love everything about my Ovente kettle. It’s prominent feature, the unique easy fill lid, makes it a definite advantage over other electric kettles.If I had to pick something to be improved, it would be it’s blue LED.I had hoped it would be “bluer” throughout the water (as my other kettle had). Aside from that, it’s a wonderful purchase that I highly recommend.

I’ve had ‘em fancy and I’ve had ‘em expensive but this kettle beats ‘em all, hands down. This time I was looking for a kettle that was simple and practical; I just want to boil water to make my pot of tea. I didn’t need the blue lights to dance and twinkle, differing temperatures or a keep warm feature; I always use freshly drawn water for my tea. On looks alone I liked the broad spout to make for easy pouring and the wide opening for ecleaning. What really rang my bell was the hinged “flap” in the lid so that you could fill the kettle without taking off the lid. It makes filling quick and simple though a solid lid is included. The handle is solid and comfortable to hold with a broad “back” to protect your hand from the hot glass. It boils up fast. Factor in the great price and it’s a Love Match.
