STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT, AND READ THROUGH MY REVIEW before you purchase this item! Received late 2015 5k iMac the same day as the memory from BH. Installed it and it was recognized so I thought nothing of it. iMac hard crashing so I thought something was wrong with the computer itself. I went ahead and replaced the iMac, run it with the factory 8gb memory for 1 month without a single glitch. Once I put the OWC 32gb memory back to the iMac, it started crushing again. I went ahead and contacted apple because after doing a standard update to the OS, the iMac wouldn’t go back to OS, and I couldn’t event reinstall a fresh copy of OS, so I actually had to get my iMac serviced to get the OS back. I contacted OWC and told them about the issues with the memory and sent it for replacement. They confirmed the memory I sent is OK, but sent a replacement anyway. After installing the replacement memory, my iMac is acting strangely again – wifi wouldn’t work after iMac goes to sleep, takes a longer time to wake-up from sleep – those are the symptoms I can notice as of now. Other advanced users like myself reported the same issues. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT!

I have been wanting to upgrade the RAM in my iMac for some time now. It wasn’t until I searched how to do it that I discovered just how easy it is to do. I came to the B&H website, as it’s my go-to for electronics and photography gear, and found the perfect memory kit for my machine. Once it arrived, it took me more time to unhook my iMac than it did to install the memory. It works flawlessly and has sped up my photo processing tasks.

I don’t know anything about these but works fine I guess. Popped these in my imac in place of the 8gb cards and so for work great.

Years of using my iMac 2015 with 16GB – slowly it was losing ‘power’. Now up to a full 32 – I’m good to go. Easy purchase, shipment – even in A Covid-19 world, and easy install. Only had one concern prior to install, the modules had shifted in the package and were rubbing on each other – did this cause any damage? Well good so far – cautiously power up and instant, full use!
