I added this memory to a new iMac. The additional memory was recognized immediately and has performed flawlessly. I would highly recommend OWC as your memory upgrade of choice.

why does Apple charge so much money for the same thing? It couldn’t be greed could it? I also bought the extra memory for another Imac…never had any problem …

I added this to a brand new computer because it was cheaper for me to install than Apple. Installation was very simple took about 15 total minutes.

Service as fast as the memory. Very satisfied with the customer support and competitive price.

Fairly easy upgrade for my new Mac Mini bringing it from its’ paltry 8gb RAM to 32GB. Works great!

These OWC RAM modules work with no problem, and the price is now competitive compared to Crucial’s equivalent product. The problem is that installing them in a Mac Mini requires very specific kinds of Torx screwdrivers that have a hollow center. These can’t be found at any big box hardware store. You have to buy an iFixit kit, so expect to spend another $26 on these tools. These tools (or equivalents) could have been included in this kit, considering the cost of the 64GB modules, but they aren’t included. Beware this hidden cost. It’s not really a gotcha, but it’s still a hassle.

I scoured the Internet to find out how much ram would be good for my brand new 2019 i9 iMac… Two of these were perfect… And I got them on sale to boot!… Made my computer even that much better, faster and more productive!!

I noticed right away that my computer is able to do some things faster or easier. It takes much longer for the fan to come on when I am screen sharing during a Zoom meeting since my iMac isn’t working as hard. I read that extra RAM can make the computer last longer, so a pretty small upgrade like this is well worth it.

Properly working as a 2667 MHz dual channel memory on iMac (2020). However, when the RAM is intended to use along with an existing original set of 8GB memory (4GB X 2) as two sets of dual channel memory, the clock speed somehow drops to 2133 MHz. It seems there are three options to choose. 1) Use only OWC RAM installed on 1 -3 or 2-4 slot: works as a dual channel memory with 2667MHz. 2) Apple RAM (1-2 slot) & OWC (3-4 slot): works as 2667MHz memory but must give up dual channel. 3) Apple RAM (1-3) & OWC (2-4): works as dual channel but clock speed becomes 2133MHz instead of 2667MHz. Giving up dual channel memory makes Mac slowdown even though it works as 2667MHz memory. I have no idea how the clock speed goes when the same 4 identical OWC RAM are installed in all slots, but I guess this issue is not because of an OWC memory malfunction but a problem with the Intel chip on 2020 iMac itself.
