I bought both (iMac from Apple and memory kit from BH) at the same day and they were delivered from US to BR. The memory kit arrived in one week, and I waited other two weeks for the iMac to finally install these memories. At the end everything is working very well, and no more time wasted waiting for some thing to be reloaded (memory swapping).

Upgraded my 27 iMac (not Pro) from 8 to 64 GB using 4 16 GB sticks. Decided to go with the same SO-DIMMs in all 4 slots to balance the load which will maximize throughput. Apple RAM is no better and 3 times as expensive. Upgrading was easy and took about 5 minutes saving me $700. Anyone can and should do it.

computer works so much better with additional memory. great service and delivered in 2 days

The price is right and the service is great. I recommend B&H

I found out that the iMac comes stock with 8gb of RAM (2x4GB chips). So to conserve space and to allow more opportunity to upgrade in the future, I went with the 32gb chip instead of the 16GB+16GB combo. Now, I have the potential to upgrade my 2019 iMac up to 128gb down the road…and SAVE LOTS OF MONEY!

Watched a couple of YouTube videos before ordering the memory to make sure it was something I thought I could do. It took all of about 10 minutes from start to finish. The boost in memory works like a charm.

Went from the anemic 8gb of ram on my moms main photo/video machine to 64gb, no brained.
Terence Fadel (verified owner) –
Best RAM on the market for MACs in my opinion. Reliable.

I was going to purchase the 27iMac that came with 32gb from factory but was out of stock and I am thankful. Was able to add the 64gb to the 8gb that came with the 27iMac for a total of 72gb for the same price of the 32gb apple ram. Received this along with iMac in two days! Thanks!

Picked up a 2019 iMac and for 64GB Apple wanted $1k. For $300 less, I got 128GB and contrary to what Apple is putting out, this computer rates up to the 128GB no problem.

I added this to a brand new computer because it was cheaper for me to install than Apple. Installation was very simple took about 15 total minutes.

Well, I took the cover off my new Intel NUC10I7 and plugged the new memory in. With the cover on I started the computer and bios reported 64gb of ram present. It took all of five minutes. I haven’t had OWC Memory before, but if I ever need memory again, I’d choose OWC in a heart beat.

Works as it should!

A lot cheaper than upgrading through apple when buying the computer. And I originally ordered from adorama and it was on backorder forever while I sat and saw it available to ship on b&h. Never going there again.

Like most people here, I decided to buy a 3rd party RAM instead of making the purchase directly from Apple. B&H delivered on time and I was more than happy to install these babies on my newly purchased iMac. One or two apps became sluggish post installation so I simply switched the installation slots and that did the trick. I’d definitely recommend it.

OWC’s memory upgrade for my iMac saved me a boatload of cash rather than upgrading with Apple. The ram appears to be stable and the speed at which I can process my RAW files is outstanding. Buy from B&H you will not go wrong.

I opted to purchase a 27-inch iMac with 8GB of RAM and use the OWC upgrades. Installation was easy following the OWC video. Highly recommend this product!

So far, so good. Own this for couple weeks.
Vivianne Bartell (verified owner) –
It is far cheaper to by OWC memory than having it preinstalled by Apple.

Installed easily in my iMac. Since installation, I no longer have memory problems running multiple applications.
