Designed for their Mercury Helios 3S Thunderbolt 3 PCIe Expansion Solution, this item features a locking drive bay and drive tray that offer easy access and transport of drives up to 16TB with speeds up to 2631 MB/s, thanks to a PCIe Gen 3.0 x16 interface. Offload the day’s shoot into the OWC Mercury Helios 3S, pull the Interchange System tray-mounted U.2 NVMe SSD out, and send the drive along to post production. This can all be accomplished in minutes, meaning you won’t have to engage in a tedious and time-consuming drive enclosure disassembly to access the storage drive, or worry about the costly shipping of the entire enclosure to the post lab.

Please note that U.2 NVMe PCIe SSDs have a 2.5″ form factor and can be up to 15mm in height. The OWC Mercury Helios 3S is required, as is a compatible Windows or Mac system with a Thunderbolt 3 port. Hot-swapping with the Mercury Helios 3S is not supported.
