I selected this product as part of the Seed program to look and see if any modifications were made to the POP containers from the designs we have used for almost 10 years. It doesn’t look like there have been and this is only because there doesn’t need to be any.The lid disassembles into 4 parts, button action, plastic inside, silicon gasket and shield. Despite the instructions saying only wash the silicon in the dishwasher, we can wash everything but the button action and have no issues. This is a buy once, cry once situation. There are many products that do the same thing cheaper. However, once these are paid for, you do not regret the purchase.I do not recommend the smaller versions, as the space is not as well used, due to the lid thickness. But almost all of our consumable loose goods are in these in our kitchen. Great product.

I only discovered the Oxo Good Grips Stackable containers a few months ago, but at this point I have at 7 or 8 scattered though out my kitchen. I have found that they are all great. I love the fact that I can see whatever I decide to store inside, everything stays fresh just a bit longer than if I kept the box, and the pop up top is just cool. This particular container, the Good Grips Stackable 4.0 Qt. Big Square POP Container with Lid is great for just about anything. I haven’t decided what I’m going to use it for, but it will probably be some kind of flavored popcorn. However, I have stored everything from perishable items to simple krafty things used in scrap booking. So, as you can see I’m a pretty big fan and would highly recommend any Good Grips Stackable container to anyone looking for a way to store food or small items conveniently.

The picture on the packing for this shows images of lentils being stored inside and the description states how well it works for them. I don’t care for lentils so hence have no need to store them, however, my kids do eat a lot of goldfish crackers. Since the container has a handy push button lock to avoid spills and promote freshness, I figured storing their goldfish crackers in it was worth a try. My opinion, this container is much sturdier and more airtight than the flimsy cardboard package I bought the goldfish crackers in, takes up a lot less room in the cupboard too. This is a great addition for kitchen storage needs.

Great container. These OXO containers provide safekeeping for a variety of items. Mine are used for storing baking and food supplies that need protection from insects or other pests. They are sealed by pressing the locking mechanism on the top of the lid. Here in Florida we are inundated with small ants that can become worrisome and household pests.

OXO makes the most simple to use air-tight, stay fresh containers. There’s no multiple flaps to snap close or flip up to open; just one press of the button on top opens or seals the lid. They also make them in a great variety of sizes and their rectangular shape is perfect for storing them compactly. We’ve used three in staggered sizes to replace our canister set. They’re easily our favorite storage containers.

This is a nice container. The button on top is big and easy to operate. It also functions as a handle to remove the lid. With the button depressed the lid locks tightly on the canister and provides a really good seal. We have a couple of these to keep snacks in. They look nice sitting on the kitchen counter and do a good job keeping things fresh.

I chose this container because I have other rectangular containers for breakfast cereal and I wanted something similar to store cookies. 4 quarts is a large size- you can probably fit 8 pounds of flour in this container. It easily fits a couple of packages of cookies. It has a push button closure at the top that seals the container. Push it once and it pops up to open and then push it down again to seal it. I like the wide top for ease of use when grabbing a few cookies.

I would definitely recommend this product for keeping your coffee and baking flours fresh. YOU could store crackers, nuts, anything you want to keep air-tight and fresh, plus you can see your items through the see through plastic. They clean up really nice also.!!

I have several Oxo Pop Containers and I love them all. These are attractive containers with an easy to use “pop” top to vacuum seal the contents for freshness. This large container is great for cereal, chips, pretzels, popcorn, cookies, and whatever! The clear, sturdy plastic allows for easy viewing of contents and they stack easily with other Oxo Pop Containers. I never seem to have enough of these!

I like the design of this lid. I bought a couple from another store, and even though it was the same brand and appearance the lid design was different. The product I got from Home Depot has a lid that disassembles for cleaning. The one from the other store had a lid that did not come apart for washing and would retain water inside of it. We have about six POP containers and are pleased they are airtight. Would recommend this product, as long as it has the lid that can be disassembled for cleaning.

Smaller than it looked in the picture, and probably cost more than it’s worth. But still a nice little product.

I bought the large ones because I had a very large bag of flour that I needed to put in sealed containers. I wanted some that had a good seal, large so that it would hold a lot. I like the square shape and how they look. The button on top is suppose to help with seal when you push on it, then when it pops up it becomes the handle so you can lift the lid up which is nice. The thing about that is I found that weather the button is up or down the top can come off just as easily which tells me that the seal isn’t as good as it could be. Otherwise I like them very much.

A replacement of one that broke. It works well for rice we buy in bulk.

This OXO stackable dry food storage container is awesome! I have a variety of storage containers, but I love the design of this item with the pop-up lid . With just a light press of the large button on the lid, it tightly seals the container and another press releases the lid. It was so easy to close that I doubted that it would provide a true airtight seal. However, the silicone gasket did keep the contents sealed. Although it is for dry foods, I put some water in, shook it around, and held it upside down but it kept the seal and did not leak. I was also very impressed with the lid and the ease of taking it apart to clean. The plastic is not thin and wimpy, it is strong and sturdy. This 4-quart container will hold at least a 5 lb. bag of sugar or flour (my photo shows a 4 lb. bag of sugar and there is room for more). This style of OXO container is available in 11 sizes. Microwave use is not recommended, but it is safe for refrigerator and freezer.

I love these containers for organizing my pantry. They are perfect for pasta, flour, sugar… anything, really! The button opens and closes easily and they lock pretty tight. They’re not indestructible though. Given enough of a jolt, the top will pop off. I had one fall from the top shelf of my pantry and crash to the ground throwing oatmeal all over the place. Under normal circumstances, they work really well and keep things nice and fresh. I especially love using them for brown sugar which is notorious for turning into a rock.
