After trying this OXO Good Grips POP Container we have come to the conclusion that we need more of them. This one is 2.5 quart (2.3L), but they come in a variety of shapes from .3 quart (.3L) to 5.5 quart (5.2L): 11 stackable sizes. Included instructions tell and show how to disassemble the lid for cleaning. The silicone gasket is dishwasher safe, while it is recommended that all other parts be hand washed. The containers are intended for dry food storage, but can be used in the refrigerator or freezer. Operation is a simple push of the button to seal and another to open. The pop-up button makes for a nice handle to lift the lid. And, like all OXO products this one comes satisfaction guaranteed.

The Good Grips Stackables are a multi purpose storage container. The 2.5 quart is a great size for storing rice in my pantry. It has pop up button for airtight seal and use to hold when removing lid. The stackables are great use in sewing room and kids playroom. Because they stack it is a great space saver, for any room you choose. The lids come apart for easy cleaning.

Absolutely fantastic. We’ve used POP containers for over a decade, and every single one has been perfect. Yes they’re expensive, but they’re worth it. The lid is air tight. We keep flour, sugar, coffee, brown sugar, tea, rice, etc. in POP containers and we’ve never had it spoil or dampen. The brown sugar gets a little clumpy from time to time but I’m convinced that’s just what happens to old brown sugar. The lids are easily disassembled for cleaning… but make sure you let them dry completely before putting them back together. Seriously, use a hair dryer to make sure they’re dry. If there is any water trapped in there it will be sealed in with your food. The medium and large square containers are perfectly sized for standard baking supplies.

Oxo products just rock and are solid. I have used them for years and my wife is using this in the kitchen stealing it from me before I could it in the garage. The lid opens and closes easily with a push of the top button to lock and unlock. You can turn it upside down and the lid stays on and it is a solid plastic that withstands a lot of abuse being dropped once already and not breaking. I will be getting more of these soon.

I like the design of this lid. I bought a couple from another store, and even though it was the same brand and appearance the lid design was different. The product I got from Home Depot has a lid that disassembles for cleaning. The one from the other store had a lid that did not come apart for washing and would retain water inside of it. We have about six POP containers and are pleased they are airtight. Would recommend this product, as long as it has the lid that can be disassembled for cleaning.

The OXO Good Grips Stackable POP Containers are exactly what’s needed to save space in my kitchen. The 2.4 quart size is perfect for storing cookies, crackers, nuts, rice, cereal, chips or candy without wasting a lot of counter or shelf space. The clear container lets me see what’s inside and the button on the top pushes down flush with the lid to cause an air-tight seal that keeps the content from growing stale. The smooth, square top allows multiple containers to be stacked efficiently. Just press the button once more to release the silicon seal, remove the lid and access what you’ve placed inside. I plan to line the back-splash, counter ends and shelves with these Good Grips, stackable Big Square POP Containers to make it easier to find what I need in my kitchen and pantry space.

SUMMARY: A NICE, EASY-TO-USE, STORAGE CONTAINER.BACKGROUND: We decided to upgrade from our old round-type storage containers. I wanted something that would use our counter space better. The OXO rectangular containers met the need.FIT AND FINISH: Constructed of heavy crystal-clear plastic with a white plastic top. Easy to see what’s inside, and how much is left. Very nice looking on our counter. OPERATION: Easy to open, just push and release the button on top. When it pops up you can grab it to lift the lid off. Resealing is just as easy, put the lid in place and push the button down. SUMMARY: A great addition to our kitchen. We will buy more.PROS: Sturdy, durable, easy to use, easy to see through.

I cannot say enough good things about these Good Grips containers. I have used them for years to store flour, sugar, pasta, cereal, dog treats, etc. With just a push of the button the container is air tight so your products stay fresh longer. I have the ten piece set and have purchased the four quart one again for flours. Perfect size for five pound bag. Well constructed and they fit so well together. I would recommend them. Expensive but I love the pop top closure. I have some other brands with flip latch but my hands prefer the pop!!

I came across these containers a couple years ago while shopping at TJ Maxx. The pop-up lid is what really caught my attention, and I thought, “Oh cool. Perfectly seals.” So I purchased one to store the 5lb bag of sugar I had in the pantry.Fast forward to 2017, I purchased a few fancy-shmancy decorative containers from Pier One… 1 each for white sugar, brown sugar and flour. Well, while the white sugar and flour held up well, the brown sugar went from moist and soft, to completely hard and rock-like. It was those friggin decorative containers.Needless to say, I reverted back to these. While they aren’t the most stylish, they do a darned-good job of keeping your goodies air-tight fresh and away from critters. I recommend these.

The picture on the packing for this shows images of lentils being stored inside and the description states how well it works for them. I don’t care for lentils so hence have no need to store them, however, my kids do eat a lot of goldfish crackers. Since the container has a handy push button lock to avoid spills and promote freshness, I figured storing their goldfish crackers in it was worth a try. My opinion, this container is much sturdier and more airtight than the flimsy cardboard package I bought the goldfish crackers in, takes up a lot less room in the cupboard too. This is a great addition for kitchen storage needs.

LOVE these containers. The Good Grips food storage containers are extremely convenient and easy to use. The lid has a center push button that upon activating seals and unseals the canister. There are many different sizes available and I have converted my entire pantry into using them. They work that good! You can even buy them in a combo pack and get an entire set of them.
