The non-stick coating is great on these. They feel heavy and durable. Only issue so far is the baking sheet, it suddenly warps while in the oven, sometimes enough to fling food off the sheet.

This 5 piece OXO baking set is very well made and is a heavy duty combination. There are two round cake pans, one cookie sheet, a bread pan and a muffin/cupcake pan. You will be pleased with the quality of this premium baking set. Like other OXO products they are a great addition to serve all your baking needs. This set would also make a great gift.

This is an excellent heavy-duty baking set. The non-stick surface is nothing like what is on much less expensive bakeware, and food just will not stick to it. The aluminum is heavy and baking is much more even than lighter weight bakeware. This set truly is commercial grade. Do not use sharp objects on the bakeware that will scratch the finish. Also, like all fine cookware, the items have to be hand washed. But with proper care, this bakeware set will give you for many, many years of excellent service.

This bakeware set is commercial grade. Heavy guaged aluminized steel. Has a non-stick 2 layer coating. Also has a textured pattern on the bottom of the cake pans, loaf pan and sheet pan. It has a pretty gold color. It came nicely packaged, however it took a few minutes to separate the 2 cake pans that were wedged together. Although this set is listed as commercial grade the pieces are a little heavier than most aluminum pieces. There is a “Use and Care” card that lists how to take care of the products. Just to name a few: it recommends hand washing and drying prompty. Do not use under a broiler. Do not use any type of oil sprays, including aerosols, mist and pump sprays. Also it is recommended that you do not use sharp tools in the pans. These are just a few of the “Use and Care” instructions. This would make a nice gift for someone who bakes commercially.

My wife and I have been very happy with OXO products and this 5-piece pan set is no exception. Once again we are talking high-quality commercial grade pan set that is made in the U.S.A. This set will probably last you a life time and then you can pass it along to the grandkids. The loaf, muffin, cake, and half sheet pans are made of heavy-gauge aluminized steel that provides even heating, stability, and lasting durability. The pans also have a non-stick two layer coating, are scratch, stain, and resistant to abrasion and corrosion.However, please note the “Use and Care” instructions specify the pans are to be hand-washed only and then promptly dried in order to maintain top performance. Once again, this 5-piece set is another outstanding product from OXO; well done! See attached pictures.

these storage containers are perfect for my kitchen. I have limited counter space, so I needed something compact. I use them to store my sugar my,tea bags and my coffee.The airtight pop tops keep everything fresh.they are the perfect size. the black lids look great in my country kitchen. these containers could also be decorated, if you would like to add a personal touch.

They feature a large rolled lip that makes them very easy to grab and slide out of the oven. The micro textured pattern helps the food cook evenly and the non stick coating works really well allowing easy lift off after baking. In my tests melted cheese and coagulated grease lifted off easily.The instructions note not to use sharp tools in the pan and to not use oil sprays as they can build up on the surface and become difficult to remove. The instruction sheet also says hand wash but I have run the smaller pans in the dishwasher a few times with no noticeable negative consequences. Absolutely the best bakeware on the market. Cooks evenly, easy to clean, virtually identical to the American’s Test Kitchen selection of top bakeware. No, you can’t put it through the dishwasher but you don’t need to. Stuff just slides off this. A sponge, a little soap and water, a quick dry and you’re done. This is not lightweight metal that’s going to dent or bend. Make the investment. This is bakeware you’ll use forever.

Heavy duty bakeware for a reasonable price. First thing out of the box I realized these are very heavy compared to the regular pans. The baking performance was amazing. Highly recommended.Cake pans: The even heating made the cakes rise in a simple dome instead of a volcano. Baking time was a couple minutes less than the minimum time of the recipe. The non-stick worked perfectly as the cakes came right out.Muffin tin: Again the heating was even and the time was exactly at the minimum of the recipe. The non-stick didn’t work for the bottom half of the muffin. When attempting to remove the muffin from the pan it broke in half. The bottom half had to be separated from the pan with a mini spatula.Loaf pan: Banana bread heaven is a good headline. Even baking, 5 minutes less time, non-stick perfect.Cookie sheet: Traditional chocolate chip was the test. Passed with flying colors as the cookies were soft and chewy for one recipe and crisp for the second. Cookies came right off with a spatula without breaking of peeling.Cleanup: These are handwash only, so beware. The bottom of each pan has a little bump texture that I thought would be difficult to clean. With a little hot water and a sponge everything came right off.

all of the items that come with this set, have non stick -two-layer coating, so nothing should stick to them,the loaf pan with straight walls is the prefect size for anything that you want to bake, the 2 cake pans, also are the right size for making a cake, the half sheet pan, is great for making fries or onion rings in your oven and the 12 cup muffin pan is perfect for making muffins or cup cakes, they are all lightweight meaning a good weight, but not real heavy ,and are easy to clean in the dishwasher ! very easy to use , a great product!

These OXO Good Grips Baking Pans Are AMAZING. I am a big fan of OXO because their products are always excellent quality.And these pans are proof. Everything about them is superior to other bakeware. You can tell so much thought went into the design of their product and if you watch their video, they explain everything about why the bottoms are waffled, why the rims are curled over, what they are made of, etc. I can tell you that the minute you pick up one of these pans you can feel how well made they are and once you bake with them, you will not want to bake with any other pans. For this review, I decided to bake a cake. I was so surprised when the cakes came out of the pans so easily. Absolutely no stick at all. And the pans were barely dirty. Also, the cakes were cooked evenly. The middle was done when the outsides were done. Next; washing these pans is so easy. They practically just wipe clean. Be sure to read the care instructions as they are important. No sprays, no dishwasher. You won’t mind at all because this set of bakeware is so worth it. You will delight in taking good care of it. These pans are heavy duty, good looking, easy clean up, weighty, cook with even heat distribution and will last a long, long time. This is a great price for this high quality set. I bake and cook every day. I could not be happier with these beautiful pans. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND for yourself or someone you really want to make happy!!
