I have slowly been getting rid of plastic storage containers and switching to glass. These are the best I have found so far! I love that they can go from freezer to oven and that they are easy to clean. I think my favorite part is the removable rubber ring. I have other glass dishes where it’s not meant to come out and they get stained or even moldy over time. My only minor issue is the two bigger sizes can be a bit hard to close the lid for some reason. Overall I am very happy with this product!

I originally selected these to try and rid our home of so much plastic. I got that and more. Not only are these incredible for leftovers and traveling to and fro to work for lunches, but the glass is so substantial and with beautiful edges it can be sued to serve in for side dishes on the dinner table too! When I first opened, the supply chain professional in me ooed and awed about the packaging protecting the investment for shipping. Once again Oxo proving they’ve thought of everything!

I have had these type of containers in the past. This set seems particularly hard to close. I had to try different lids on different bottoms and really struggle to get them closed. I felt like I was going to break the side wing. They do seal tightly so nothing will spill out. It seems like it gets a little easier with each use. There is an assortment of sizes which is good. The bases stack inside each other and the lids stack inside each other so they don’t take up much storage space.

I absolutely love these glass storage containers! The glass is incredibly sturdy and thick so you could easily reheat food and not have to worry about the container. The lids use what I’d call easy snap flaps to close them tightly and securely. The rubber gasket definitely keeps it air tight and it’s removable so if it gets gunky you can wash and sanitize super easy. Also I love the biggest size in this set, it’s larger than your average container which makes it really handy to have on hand when you make a huge pot of taco meat or similar!

OXO Good Grips are the best products! Oven, microwave, freezer and dishwasher safe and the lids can go on the top rack of the dishwasher. The lids seal and are easy to put on and take off. I just received these, washed them and took photos of them drying. Can’t wait to use them. I have another brand where the lids do not fit properly. I tested these immediately and they fit great!

They are a nice sturdy plastic and BPA free. There are varying sizes, but the lids are interchangeable for three of the sizes, which is very convenient. They also stack well for both storage and when in use in the fridge or cupboard. They have a good, tight seal when they lock, so they should be leak proof. I used one to take leftovers to work and it worked well.

The glassware came with matching lids. They can go from the freezer to oven without shattering. They fit nicely inside each other, therefore taking up less room. The sizes are 1 cup, 2 cups, 4 cups and 7 cups.They are oven safe, freezer safe (great for leftovers) microwave safe and dishwasher safe. The lids have a leakproof seal, can stack on top of the bowls and are BPA free. The bowls came nicely packaged. There was also a note from the company that the bowls were guaranteed and included contact information. We own three other products by OXO and are very happy with the quality. Would make a nice gift.

These containers can go in frig, freezer, oven and microwave! This is the benefit over all-plastic storage containers. The covers are very sturdy. I can’t imagine the lid wings breaking off. The seal is tight and the lids should remain flat. I’ve used others that warp/curl making the seal questionable. There are warnings on the packaging — 1) Never cook in the oven with a lid on it (intuitive) , 2) Never move from freezer to oven if oven is hotter than 450 degrees F. (I never would think to put frozen glassware into a hot oven, but I guess it’s OK.) 3) Pre-heat the oven before putting the glass container in the oven (the pre-heat process can damage the container — this is something that I would not know intuitively.)The glass containers are relatively thick. The smaller containers really don’t have a lot of space within. It’s as if there is more glass than space to hold your food item. I can’t imagine storing anything in the smallest containers that I will eventually re-heat. These smaller containers will take more space in the frig and storage drawer than simpler all-plastic storage containers.

The sizes suit my needs. I do not need any particularly large storage containers. The small containers are a functional size for single portions of leftovers. They obviously have other uses. The glass is sturdy and the lids seal very well. They nest perfectly. I have not had them long enough to see how well the lid flanges and gaskets hold up, but, nonetheless I am happy with my purchase.

This is a set that every household should have. It’s modern and sleek. It’s very easy to clean since you can remove the silicone seal inside the lids and just throw everything inside the dishwasher. This is a great set of glass containers. I love the variety of sizes and shapes. They stack well in the fridge and can suit a number of needs. I have not noticed any leaking at all when they’re on their sides. I own a few different brands of snap lid containers, and one difference I noticed is that some of these lids are difficult to snap shut. They seem to need to be pressed down very strongly to snap it shut. I did feel like the more often a lid was used, the easier it became, but still not effortless.PROS: Variety of sizes, no leaking, good, thick glass, easy to cleanCONS: the lids don’t snap into place very easily

This is a great set. It comes with a great variety of sizes. The are dishwasher and microwave safe and seem to hold up better than the rubber made set I had. I also like that you don’t get a lot of small containers that you usually get with a set like this. It is really all you need. Leftovers couldn’t be any easier! OXO glass food storage (round) is durable, stackable, and easy to use. The round container makes it easier to snap on the lid. I purchased the OXO square glass container and found it difficult to align the lid with the glass. So shake that container because nothing is leaking, thanks to the rubber gasket. Containers are dishwasher safe with a removable rubber gasket so cleaning is a breeze. The only drawback is the glass is slightly heavy for leftover lunches at work, unless you don’t mind the weight. Microwave away!

This is an excellent storage set for anyone who prepares or stores frozen food or re-heats left overs in the microwave. The containers won’t stain from colored sauces like spaghetti and curry. Best of all, you can take one of these straight out of the freezer and put it in the oven without worrying about thermal shock causing it to fracture. Since they are made of glass, they are also dishwasher safe, making them simple to clean afterwards. Compared to the plastic sets we end up buying every 3-4 years, these are a great long lasting food storage option. The additional expense is definitely worth it over the similar rubberized plastic sets that end up getting stained or damaged from repeated use in the microwave and dishwasher (and that we can’t use in the oven).We’ve been using these for a few weeks now and we’re very impressed with their versatility. There are four round and four oblong bowls with matching lids. The progressively smaller sizes mean that they can be nested when they’re stored and they’re not so large that they won’t fit onto a freezer shelf on a side by side refrigerator. The glass is borosilicate glass and is freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher safe. It is also BPA (bisphenol A) free which means that unlike the plastic storage containers, it won’t leach potentially harmful chemicals into your stored food.In addition to food storage, we also use the round bowls for making salads as it is a very convenient size for a 2-4 person salad. The larger oblong bowl is also a good size for a casserole or enchiladas for 2-4 people. The plastic lids have a solid rubber air tight seal and the large tabs make them easy to secure in place and remove.

Another great product from OXO! Good variety of sizes with a total of 8 containers and 8 lids to match. The lids have a removable silicone seal which unlike others I’ve seen before. It is quite thick and has micro lines for a better seal. I tested them with water (both hot and cold) and they did not leak. I also used them in the fridge / freezer overnight and out of the microwave and still no leaking. Btw, they are microwave, dishwasher and freezer safe which is a must for me. Love this set and no complaints. One thing to consider though is that the lids do have 4 tabs which are a bit tight to close. It’s good to prevent leaking, but not so good for kids or people with disabilities.

I think the lids are hard to work and the color, while it looks like aqua in the picture, is really green.
