The unique thing about this pour-over coffee cone is that it includes a water tank – you fill the tank once, walk away, and come back to a full cup of coffee. If you’ve used regular coffee cones, you’re probably used to slowly adding more water for the entire time it takes to make the cup. While I appreciate the ritual of pouring water slowly for several minutes, some days I appreciate a fast cup of good coffee! The water tank also prevents over-pouring and making a mess. The unit is well-balanced and not tippy. I recommend this to people who really like pour-over coffee but have a hectic morning routine. I use mine at a backcountry cabin with no running water, so I appreciate that this is fast, easy to clean, and only requires hot water. Note that the drain holes are different sizes so that water drains but not too fast and not too slow. It takes #2 cone filters.

I was excited to try the OXO pour over. It came with the coffee filters, so that was an added bonus! I used about 4 tbsp of medium ground coffee (darker roast) and poured about 18 oz hot water and the coffee turned out so much smoother than a drip coffee machine. I poured more water than what was recommended because of the darker roast. Love the outcome, and how easy it is to clean.

I received this a few weeks back and our coffee experience will never be the same! It creates a rich cup of coffee with little work involved! So much better than the pod-type single serve coffee makers!

Love this product. I use it at home and the office. Makes a consistent cup of great tasting coffee every time. Very easy to use, clean, and store! The water reservoir/bowl on top of the pour over only gives you up to 12 ounces which could be a problem if you are a coffee addict but otherwise it makes the perfect amount. All you need is coffee grounds, #2 filters, hot water and you are set to go!

I have been wanting to try the OXO Pour-Over Coffee Maker with Water Tank for some time. Now, I am no coffee expert, but I like a good cup of coffee. I also like convenience. Mostly I drink one up at a time, so being able to make a cup at a time is important to me.This product hits it out of the ballpark in every way. It’s easy to use. Not fussy. And, it makes a nice cup of coffee. Also, come on, there’s a cool factor involved.Comes with everything you see in the accompanying photo, including a nice amount of #2 filters (available everywhere, easy to find and not expensive). After getting coffee that I liked (drip grind is recommended) at Whole Foods, I made my first cup and I LOVE IT! So easy to use. Easy cleanup. I love that the water tank has ounces marked on the side, so it’s easy to know how much water to pour in. I used the recommended amount of coffee and thought it worked well, YMMV.It’s not huge, so it was easy to find a spot in which to store it.Worth the money. I highly recommend this product.

The Good Grips pour-over coffee maker is a convenient way to make a single cup of coffee. The only potential problem I see with the coffee maker is that the center of gravity is highest when you first pour the hot water into the holder. You have the risk of the water tank falling over. It does a great job of brewing a single cup of coffee. The water tank has marks on the side for different amounts of water.

I like a good cup of coffee. To me the Good Grips 12 oz Pour-Over Coffee Maker With Water Tank does just that. What’s there to not like about it. It’s fast and efficient. Takes about 3 minutes to make a 12 oz cup. Put the filter in, measure out the 1/4 cup coffee, pour in the hot water, and there you have it. Sure beats instant for flavor. I like it!

I’ve always wanted to try a pour-over but wasn’t sure how to do it. Thankfully I found this product from OXO. Overall, I am very pleased with the design and quality of the product. The packaging was simple and didn’t include styrofoam (always a plus in my book). The box comes with everything you need, including a starter pack of 10 #2 filters. The three pieces are extremely well made and of premium quality – typical of OXO brand products. It looked so clean out of the box, I almost forgot to wash it before my first use. Using the provided instructions (extremely simple) I made my first cup. The hardest part was waiting for the water to boil.First cup: 6oz. cup using 10g of coffee (2T) and it took 2 mins and 25 seconds. Second cup: 12 oz. cup using 20g of coffee (4T) and it took 2 mins and 45 seconds. The taste was excellent and equally compares to our OXO brewer. This product is ideal for those who want to have less than 4 cups of coffee. Plus, the clean up on this product is a breeze.Clean up is very simple, doesn’t take long, and is easy to dry and store. As a family who dislikes clutter this pour-over coffee maker is ideal. Simple to use, easy to clean, doesn’t take up a lot of counter/cabinet space, and makes an excellent cup of coffee in just a few minutes. I definitely recommend this for any coffee lover. The downsides to this product are minimal:First, if you like to drink from wide mouth mugs (4.25″), this won’t work for you as the base doesn’t cover past the rim (see photo).Next, Using 4T for a 12 oz cup of coffee is a bit much. In comparison, our brewer uses 4T to makes double that amount. So, if this is your primary coffee maker, you will use a lot of coffee. Finally, I recommend adding the water/coffee ratios on the product itself like under the lid or on the side. OXO provides a small card with the instructions and ratios, but I’d like to have them on the product instead.Overall, I highly recommend this OXO product.

I used 2 Tablespoons of ground gevalia medium roast the first time I used this product. It was so strong I could not drink it. I’m hoping to get better results using less grounds. I used 10 oz. of water

This is a wonderful addition to my morning routine. Oxo sent me a pour over to test out and I love it. It’s so much easier than my French press. I add the medium ground beans to the filter and then use the measurements on the water tank. Coffee in just a few minutes and it was a good cup. The holes in the hot water tank make it so that you don’t have to be there while your coffee is brewing or make sure to time the pouring. It’s like 900% easier than a regular pour over. I also love the clean up. Rinse and repeat!! This is fabulous to have. I only wish that it came in glass because I am trying to reduce my use of plastics. So maybe Oxo will come out with one!

Gets the job done and is easy to use. Love that it came with some filters in the box. Fits on my wide mugs easily. It is lighter than I thought it would be. A little hard to store by itself so I kept the box, even though it takes up a bit of room in my pantry. Have to decide what to do with my coffee maker now!

This is a well made, handy little coffee brewer that’s easy to use. Just set it over just about any cup or mug, insert a filter(several are included), put your grounds in and pour boiling water over top. It takes a good 2-3 minutes to brew a 12 ounce cup. The directions recommend 1/4 cup of coffee for a 12 oz. cup which in my opinion is way too much. I use half of that and it’s perfect, at least for me. Clean up is a cinch- it’s dishwasher safe.

Bought it since it was recommended as the best budget pour over on one of the coffee review sites. Made of high quality plastic. Makes good coffee. Wasn’t expecting filters to be included but they were. Doors an excellent job. I haven’t been able to figure out how to make it bloom so that there is crema in the filter or in my cup.
