These are about 9″ tall x 8″ long x 4″ wide, and they seal well. They easily fit on my food pantry shelves, and are easy to grab and hold.Got these for my wife, (a Costco / bulk shopper); they work very well to keep my cereal(s) crisp.My wife remarked that these are good improvement of the older ‘tupper wear’ styles; they seal well, are transparent, and are easier to pour from.The top / lid pivots about center of the top with a easy downward press on the handle / grip side.The opening would not work well for potato chips / nacho chips or spaghetti… but my cereal, pretzels nuggets and hot fries work fine! As would beans, rice, small pasta shapes etc.No instructions were in the box about how to clean the seals; however picture (attached) indicates how to and where they need to be located is printed on the box inner flap.I’ve included a couple of pictures that show the hinge, anchor and pivot points of the lid.Base indicates BPA free plastic. They looked very clean, however I ran them through the dishwasher before storing food in them.We like them and I’ll need to get another set for my daughter.

Good food storage units overall. The lids remove easily using a gasket compression fit system. The pour spout is also easily opened and also uses a gasket around the edges to seal in freshness when closed. The main container body has indented hand holders molded in making it easy to hold while pouring, although the wide indented holders would be difficult for small hands to grasp. The body of the container is BPA free rigid plastic.I accidentally dropped one of the dispensers onto the hard kitchen floor with no damage to the unit, so even though the dispenser body is rigid, it does not appear to be brittle.My only con about these dispensers is one of the three dispensers came with the body scratched so I tested it on the bottom with the tip of my pocket knife and it does scratch easily

Very nice storage containers. They are clear and sturdy and have an excellent seal around the main lid and inner pop-open lid. The seals are easy to remove for cleaning; to replace them just match up the tabs and the notches on the lid. Easy to hold onto and pour. It’s great! They don’t have a funny smell, even right out of the box. The instructions included are very easy to follow. Very easy to clean.They were packaged really well… each container had a bag around it and a cardboard cubby for each to sit so they didn’t get knocked against each other. They are about the same size as a cereal box, but look great. The contents stay fresh! The pop-open inner lid is so easy to use, even with one hand. No more opening a cereal box, reaching in, removing the clip I put on the plastic bag inside, pouring cereal, closing the plastic bag, clipping the bag, closing the box! YAAYYY! I love these and will be getting more!I highly recommend these to anyone… they look and work much better than the boxes on the fridge!

As with all OXO products, this product is high quality. It’s sturdy, BPA free, and easy to store. Handling the lids is not at all difficult and can be operated by kids too. I am letting my kids use these boxes as and when they need a cereal serving. The box is completely see thru and is made of rigid plastic.The lid when put in place makes it an air tight container.I am happy with these boxes and are a nice addition to our pantry.
