Absolutely love these pots and pans! I actually bought two sets, this one and the Zwilling Tri-Ply set. Immediately when I got these I knew they were “it” – heavier, great feel in your hand, ergonomic. They heat up quickly and evenly, and as long as you pre-heat, use room temp butter or oil, and don’t cook on too high of a heat, nothing sticks! Not bacon, not eggs, not a creamy sauce… magic!
