A really nice and large sized non stick pan. I had been using a smaller pan, and this large size really helps when you are piling the food in. I like the handle. It feels really good in the hand. The bottom is nice and flat, which is important to me when I am using the pan on a flat top stove. The pan says it is dishwasher safe. The surface of the pan is hard anodized and does not have teflon (PFOA) if that is a concern for you. It works good as a non stick surface, not quite as good as a Teflon pan, but hopefully the anodized surface will last longer than Teflon pans do.

This is a great fry pan. I was looking for a new saute pan and was thrilled to come across this one. Most sets of pans I try, regardless of their quality or cost, I find to have uncomfortable handles. I do a lot of stove-top cooking and work a saute plan as one of my main tools. This OXO pan does not disappoint. The handle is comfortable and easy to work with. The pan itself has a great non-stick coating on it, and it distributes heat pretty evenly.
