I love them. Nothing sticks. Follow the directions for use and care exactly. If you stack your pots and pans, put a cloth between these frying pans to protect the non stick surface.

I’ve used both the 8″ and 10″ OXO pans several times and am very pleased with the results – foods come out of the pans without sticking, yet brown nicely when I need them to. Very easy clean up – wipe clean with paper towel and then a quick dishwashing liquid rinse and they are ready to put away.

We really love these pans. I’m a huge fan of the OXO brand, they really put some thought into their kitchen products, and these pans are no exception. I really bought this for over easy eggs, and the 8″ pan is perfect for that, and the eggs slide right out. I try to make sure no one uses any metal utensils when using these, because I don’t want to mar the surface. I’m finding that the non stick pans last about two years or so with care, so I’m looking forward to using these for a good while. I have other Oxo products, and I’m really pleased with the smart features and good ergonomics, just really nice and functional. I’m very happy with my purchase, these are outstanding non-stick pans!
