Shipping and receiving was easy and damage free. Package actually arrived early. The pans themselves so far are wonderful. They are hefty and sturdy, unlike the cheaper ceramic lined pans I owned before. The nonstick surface is flawless and so easy to clean. The handles are comfortable for my arthritis bound wrists (even with the weight!). With proper care, I feel these pans will outlive all of my previous ones.
