1 month in: Mainly used for Low-medium temps. no issues w/ non stick (cooking eggs) I hand wash only & use silicone utensils. I found through research, non stick pans should really only be used for 2 yrs or so. I figure for the price, I’ll try these, but Ceramic non stick is the best choice IMO.

Just as the America’s Test Kitchen test showed, this OXO skillet is really easy to use. There are directions about care. So that will extend the life. The handles stay cool and provide good balance. There is a lot of surface area on the bottom. Using a tiny bit of oil helps with browning, but otherwise things are easy to move around without sticking. Finding this much better than the ceramic coating type.
