The wine bottle opener was very easy to use. I installed 4 AA batteries (not included) and it was ready to use. The opener includes a foil cutter which is convenient. Push the button up to remove the cork and down to remove the cork from the opener. The clear casing allows me to see the cork removal. So simple to use. It is also attractive enough that I can leave it on the counter.

I’m not sure why there are negative reviews that just say “It didn’t work”. Mine is fine! It looks really sharp, the blue light while opening is cool. Batteries were not included, but that’s not a big deal. The foil cutter is nice, and this opener would make a really nice gift.

Just need 4 AA batteries, & a bottle with a cork – after holding down a button for just a few seconds, “GUSTO”, the cork comes right out. I’m so happy with this opener. I’d much rather use batteries than have a charger base taking up space, plus this has no cords laying around to plug in, nor having to wait for it to be charged to use it. Attaching the foil cutter on the bottom of the winer opener is a nice bonus & a great design idea – it helps me to prevent from losing the foil cutter (& it cuts easily). It works so easily & perfectly every time I’ve use it to remove a cork. Highly recommend.

This is a great Housewarming Gift! You just use the included foil cutter and the place on top of the bottle. Use the button to make the screw go into the cork. Then use the up button to take out the cork. So easy. To remove the cork from the opener, just use the down button and it will unwind from the opener!

This is a very easy and convenient way to open a wine bottle with very little effort. I like that it has a clear window so I can see the mechanism working inside to see how it is going. It only has 2 buttons which are very self-explanatory: up and down. It works a little slower than I thought it would but it does the job just fine. It does not come with batteries so you have to get your own. This would make a great gift for a wine lover.

This is a fine and nicely styled wine opener, I like the manufacturers products, the ingenious way it is held upright is great. The only reason for an Average rating is the relatively weak power of the unit, it will remove the cork, but slowly, would rather have more power. Of course with the great price, one can’t have everything!
