One tends to pick up around small part of neck. Normally you’d end up touching the grind button so your need to learn how to pick it up differently. Other wise works great!

This is a good grinder but there is a screw that adjusts the peppercorn grind that can come loose and drop raw peppercorns into whatever you’re making. Other than that it’s very good
