With the Ozeri Touch Waterproof scale, cleaning with a soapy sponge and rinsing under water is simple and easy. Elegantly designed with a gloss and matte patterned finish, the Ozeri Touch Waterproof Kitchen Scale is equipped with 4 new high-precision sensors that accurately weigh from 0.1 oz. to 11 lbs., 7.4 oz. (5200 g) in graduations of 0.1 oz. or 1 g. With its infinity-contrast LED screen, the Ozeri Touch Waterproof Kitchen Scale displays measurements in grams (g), pounds, ounces (lbs., oz.), fluid ounces (fl., oz.), and milliliters (ml), with the widest possible viewing angle. The Ozeri Touch utilizes a touch-sensitive Tare button to calculate the net weight of the ingredients being weighed by subtracting the weight of the container used. It also features a convenient touch-sensitive Unit button to change the unit of measurement displayed on the LED screen.

Finally, a kitchen scale that can get wet and be submerged in water! I have gone through a few scales due to “washing!” The design is sleek and modern. The scale is easy to turn on and change between weight units. It just takes a gentle touch to change the units. The numbers are red, large, and easy to read. I love that if the inside of the scale gets wet, the scale will power off. The LED readout will let you know when the battery needs to be changed. Overall, this is my new favorite kitchen scale. I will be giving my child my old scale for their apartment!

I love this scale! It’s waterproof, accurate, and easy to use. I think the people who had problems didn’t realize that the little screw driver included needed to be used first before using the scale. You have to unscrew the battery panel cover. Then you have to remove the little plastic piece, then screw the lid back on. THEN it will work perfectly. Granted, this was a little annoying, but not a huge deal. I would definitely recommend it. It’s a good size for mixing bowls.

I absolutely love to can all things tomatoes. And with most recipes you need to weigh out your tomatoes. But with most scales you weigh them dirty because they aren’t water proof. Well now I can weigh my tomatoes (and other foods) and not worry about my scale getting ruined by water! It’s small and has 2 buttons, one to turn on/off and the other to change the unit. I’m always using grams and pounds/ounces. This fits in my cabinets easily without taking up lots of space and its flat! All around a great scale for all your kitchen needs!

I have several different kitchen food scales but this Ozeri Touch Waterproof Digital Kitchen Scale has become my favorite. There are only two touch buttons; the on/off and the unit of measurement buttons, so simple. I weigh just about everything when I’m preparing food, so the need for a food scale in my kitchen is absolutely essential. I really love the simple design and usability of this product. It’s easy to use, I just touch the on button, wait for it to zero out, and place my items on the scale. The Tare-feature is equally important as it allows me to weigh my foods accurately by excluding the weight of the plate or bowl that I’m weighing my food in. The design of this scale is very attractive in that there isn’t any way for food to get stuck in any grooves. The top surface is almost flat as it has a very subtle concave dip in the center which is helpful when I’m cleaning it. The scale measures about seven and three-quarters in both horizontally and vertically, and is a lightweight unit. The fact that this simple unit is also waterproof is a huge compliment to it’s already unique appeal. I did rinse the top part under low-running water on several occasions and it still worked well for me. However I prefer to wipe it with a wet sponge but either way works successfully. Ozeri makes several different great products that I already own and the scale is my newest one that I would recommend to anyone.
