Utilizing GREBLON an ultra-safe ceramic coating from Germany, the Green Earth Pan by Ozeri achieves non-stick perfection while remaining absolutely free of PTFE, PFOA, APEO, NMP and NEP. The Green Earth Pan features a honeycomb textured cooking surface that prevents food bonding and distributes heat to enhance cooking performance. This is the best non-stick pan I have ever used. I received this pan to review it and see if it was something I liked. As soon as I took it out and washed it I could tell it was a high quality pan. I tried cooking a couple of different choice of foods on this pan to see how its performance would be. First off I tried frying an egg. The egg never even came close to sticking to the pan. I used some oil though so that made me want to try and just stick a piece of white bread on it and leave it for a minute and see if it stuck on the pan. There was not even a little crumb on the pan. This pan works great for cooking eggs & meats(sausage,bacon,etc).

The Ozeri 10″ frying pan is perfect for our family of 2 and a half (Well my daughter is 21 months and she seldom eats what we eat, her food is bland, where as we eat a lot of heat and spice). The pan is heavier than most of the 10” frying pans I have used till date and is the 1st to have a textured bottom/ frying surface. It is made with durable heavy-gauge die-cast aluminum with no heavy metals or harmful chemicals. The pan has a ceramic coating which is 100% PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene or commonly known by its brand name Teflon) and PFOA (Perfluorooctanoic acid) free.The non-stick is holding up great from its everyday use and not a single scratch yet. I have not washed it in the dishwasher yet as I prefer to wash my non-sticks with hand to prevent them from getting scratched inside the dishwasher. The heat resistance handle is very comfortable and gives a nice grip; even when my hand is oily and the pan also have a base that can be used with induction stove tops.I would have loved if the pan came with a lid, but at the same time I like the storage scratch proof pad it came with. That was really thoughtful of Ozeri to include the pad; it really helps with the storage. My kitchen is really small and I have to stack pots and pans one on the other and having the pad have at least saved me a hundred tiny scratches.I am very happy with the non-stick and am planning to order one very soon, but this time I will get one with the lid.**I received a sample product to test and use, in exchange of my unbiased and honest review.

I’m super impressed with this pan! I finally have a non-stick frying pan that actually lives up to its name…and I have been a frying fool since I unpacked this beauty! I received a nice calphalon set for a wedding gift…it must have had 10 pieces in it (and was supposed to be non-stick). Every single one of those pans has been disposed of. Sad but true. I hated to see them go because not only were they a wedding gift but supposedly so nice but they didn’t do what they were supposed to do. This Green Earth Frying Pan from Ozeri Kitchen does what it is supposed to do and then some! It can be used to saute, fry, bake, boil and braise with as little as half the amount of oil normally used. For the first time in my life I can fix eggs and not have to let the pan soak and then scrub it to get it clean. Instead, cleaning it is pretty much effortless! (See the picture I attached. I agree I’m not a professional photographer but that is a picture of the pan after making eggs. See what I mean?!?! Usually I have so much egg left at the bottom of my pan that I have to soak it for hours and then scrape and scrub to get it clean. Not anymore. This is a picture right after I took the eggs out of the pan and served them to my kids. Amazing!)There are a few “don’ts” with this pan, though: don’t use non-stick cooking spray (use just enough oil to coat the pan, but not in excess), don’t put it in the dishwasher (not the best thing for it) and don’t use metal utensils with it (will scratch the coating). If you take good care of this pan it will last a very long time and you will be well pleased. This is definitely the best non-stick pan I have ever used and I am VERY well pleased! I have a hard time reviewing this product because I don’t have a lot of experience with frying pans.The dimpled non-stick surface does seem to work. For eggs, it seems like a good idea to let the pan cool at which the pan releases the egg with with little more than cold water.The bottom of pan is a bit convex so that oil tends to drift to the edges of the pan. I’ve seen this with my prior pan from a different company as well. As a newbie, this is a bit of an inconvenience, but with time I might find this to be a feature.The Ozeri lid works fine with this.I’ve also bought the sister (non-dimpled) model of 10″ Ozeri frying pan and should be able to rate and compare it when I begin to use it.

This is a nice pan. I love the color of it. It’s weight is evenly distributed, so it is easy to handle. The only thing I have noticed over using it for a while now is it is starting to stick slightly. It cleans up very easily so far with a non stick scrubbing pad. The bottom has a slight discoloration after using it several times. For the price I think it is a very nice pan.

It has only been used twice so far on scrambled eggs they didn’t stick to the pan and the pan was easy to clean i usually let it soak while i eat breakfast but it just don’t quet fit in the sink flat but what is soaking comes right off the rest dose to with a little more elbow grease.

One major problem I always have is food sticking to the pan so I wasexcited to try this out. I first cooked pancakes and was amazed at how evenly they cooked and how they did’t stick. My pancakes sticking to the pan is usually a huge problem because I do a lot of healthier for you recipes they tend to not use a lot of fat and have issues sticking to the pan. I am happy to report this was not the issue when I used this pan. I was so excited that morning that I thought I’d also try making scrabbled eggs and a few fried eggs. Those also had no issues and came out perfectly. For the eggs I did use a tiny bit of olive oil but usually I have to add in a lot more oil and they still stick. I’m very happy with this pan and love that it is also so easy to clean. I was able to wipe it out with a paper towel and it was clean thanks to it’s non-stick coating.Disclosure: I received product(s) for free, in exchange for my honest review. the non stick ceramic cooking pan. My husband absolutely loves this pan, if i thought he made me too much food before now he cooks even more since he bloody loves this pan. (No lie, he makes everything in it) It is really easy to clean as you just wipe off any grease, give it a quick rinse and bam back to using it (no scrubbing or soaking at all). I like that when he makes bacon or ground meat he doesnt have to use loads of oil to keep them from sticking to the pan.

The Green Earth Pan by Ozeri works wonderfully when doing your basic cooking in a pan. I use it everyday for simple things as browning bread, making grilled cheese, quesadilla, cooking chicken, bacon, eggs, frying rice. The options are ENDLESS! My favorite things about this product is that you don’t have to witness the burning or sticking that most frying pans give you the hassle of dealing with. What I also love about it, is that the pan has an elevated texture that created air pockets that distribute heat underneath food to enhance cooking. That’s why it cooks the food so well and doesn’t burn. (Of course, if you keep it on a high and forget about it, your food will burn, regardless). It’s smart technology knows what to put direct heat on.

This is the first non stick pan that truly lives up to its claim. I have had this pan for over a year now and it is still like new. I cook with it almost every day, pancakes, eggs, French toast. I also have another one that I use for more savory preparations like sauces and gravies. What I am most pleased with is the fact that the coating is still intact, not a scratch, chip or flake. I barely use anything to clean them just a little soapy water and a sponge. I really like that they work on my induction stove with no problems such as warping, uneven heating or burning. This beautiful pan is both functional and well built. I leave mine on my stovetop all the time. It’s nice to find something that’s worth the money and eye pleasing too. Food slips right out . No scratches. No oils or butter. Nothing sticks. I have not gone above medium heat and hand wash with gentle detergent and soft surface. The lack of anything sticking to it ensures that I care for it exactly as prescribed because I want it to KEEP being perfect.Well worth the money. Highly recommend it!

This pan is amazing i have only had a for a week or so but so far it has worked great!I believe if you season this and treat it as you would a cast iron skillet that you should have no issues with the coating coming off!I have had other brands of green pans and sadly to say they did not live up to what they were supposed to within months time all the coating came off and i am hopeful that it won’t happen with this pan I’m taking extra care of it and i will come back and edit my review if i have an issue come up with the pan after a few months. no product is perfect i understand that with normal wear and tear things happen… but so far i am greatly pleased with this pan .Its great for frying burgers, bacon anything you would typically use a frying pan for. My favorite thing to use it for is omelets! Nothing sticks and its easy to clean. A little hot soapy water and its good as new .. season it and put it up till next time.I am very happy i got this product to review and recommend it to others take care of it and this pan won’t do you wrong.
