Utilizing GREBLON an ultra-safe ceramic coating from Germany, the Green Earth Pan Set by Ozeri achieves non-stick perfection while remaining absolutely free of PTFE, PFOA, APEO, NMP and NEP. The set includes an 8, 10 and 12 in. pan, each featuring a honeycomb textured cooking surface that prevents food bonding and distributes heat to enhance cooking performance. Conventional pans achieve their non-stick performance through a synthetic coating of PTFE (PolyTetraFluoroEthylene). At high charring temperatures, PTFE can release fumes which are documented to be lethal to small pets, and can be harmful to humans. Traditional pans are also often made with the aid of PFOA (PerFluoroOctanoic Acid), a potential carcinogen, and APEOs (Alkylphenol ethoxylates), which are under restricted use in Germany due to environmental concerns. With the Green Earth Pans, no such harmful toxic substances are released. Each Green Earth Pan utilizes an inert ceramic coating that is applied using a water based Sol Gel Technique which is free of the lesser known but potentially harmful chemicals NMP (N-Methyl-2-pyrrolidone) and NEP (N-ethyl-2-pyrrolidone). The Green Earth Pans possess superior non-stick properties that allow you to saute with half the oil normally used, and cleaning is a breeze. Each pan is made of die-cast aluminum with a magnetized bottom for induction stoves, and a heat-resistant silicone-coated handle. GREBLON made by Weilburger GmbH, Germany. Final assembly in China.

I love this 3 piece set of pans from Ozeri. I got an 8 inch, 10 inch, and 12 inch nonstick pan. Each one has a felt protector to put inside the pans to keep them from getting scratches up when they are put away. I love that they aren’t the toxic nonstick that most skillets use. This is a ceramic coating that makes it a healthier option. You can also put them straight into the oven. We will start our cooking on the stovetop, and then finish up in the oven. The handle is able to withstand the oven temperature, although I don’t go over 425° with them. With the nonstick surface, you only need a tiny amount of fat to cook with. I use about a tablespoon generally, but you can use less. It’s also durable. I seemed to have had a forgetful moment yesterday, and I left my skillet on medium heat empty for about 20 minutes. I put some water in it when I discovered it, and it works perfectly fine today. I like how well these work for nonstick cooking. I was able to test these out for free and give my opinion of how well they work.

I had a previous ozeri pan which I loved. but after Many years and kids learning to cook, I needed a new one. It is a little pricey but so worth it. It took a little to get used to with the interior design but it cooks beautifully. Nothing sticks to it. It cooks evenly. You save money in the long run with this set. I would definitely recommend this product

Pots and pans are the main utensils in my kitchen. They are not something I take lightly when purchasing. I look for pots and pans that are heavy duty and the handle will not come off, or be unscrewed easily. Because my daily life is so busy there are times where I can’t get the dishes done right after dinner. Cleaning the pots and pans are most important to me because some can be very stubborn to get the food off. If any of you have ever cooked eggs on a pan that is not nonstick you know how much of a pain that is to clean. Other things I look for when I purchase pants is it that has a non-stick coating. All of these things I’m looking for I found in this pan set. Because this handset I have an amazing non-stick coating on it that means I can cook healthier foods without having to use all that extra oil or butter. Because of that unique texture on the bottom of these pants it makes my meat cook beautifully. I received these yesterday morning in I cooked my pork chops in them. They cook evenly and had a beautiful caramel eyes color on them. I wish I would have taken pictures at the time but I was so hungry I didn’t even think about taking pictures. This morning I used the 8 inch pan to make my son scrambled eggs and and again clean up with so easy afterwards. After I was done cooking I rinsed the pan off and it was almost like it was clean. I like that this set has three different sizes and 8 inch 10 inch and 12 inch. Depends just so happened to be green which is my favorite color. The handle also does not get hot when you are cooking which is another plus. Even though these pans have a scratch resistant coating, I still wouldn’t recommend using a harsh scrub to clean them. But because these are so easy to clean I don’t think that is necessarily needed. Sometimes to buy a really good handset you think that you need to spend hundreds of dollars. But this pan set is roughly $50 and it’s just as good as the high end brands such as Calphalon. I have a Calphalon pan and these cook just the same. I have also used other type of pans such as cast iron skillets. Those are heavy and all my food taste like the same flavor if I use a cast iron skillet. I am so glad I found these pants because I’m already in love with them. I do wish that the pan set came with the lids.

So far I have only used to 8 and 10 inch and they are truly non stick, I cook eggs every morning for my husband, and now I am able to cook them with no oil (fried and scrambled). Also cooking other meats and veggies in them with no oil is great and clean up is easy.
