The Ozeri Earth Pan ETERNA 12 in. Stainless Steel Nonstick Frying Pan in Bronze is a great overall pan to have in your kitchen. PROS – It looks great. The bronze non-stick finish along with the polished stainless steel bottom and handle. It heats things evenly and maintains temperature while cooking. Non-stick coating is great. I cook eggs with very little oil at all. CONS – The non-stick coating may not last. After one month of use, I can start to see light surface scratches on the non-stick coating. I don’t use any metal utensils. However, I don’t see any scratches past the coating or any peeling so it’s a good sign so far. Only time will tell how long this will last.
