Utilizing a custom-formulated stone-derived coating from Germany, the 5 L (5.3 Quart) All-In-One Stone Earth Sauce Pan by Ozeri reigns with its ability to deliver non-stick perfection while remaining absolutely free of toxic substances such as APEO, GenX, PFBS, PFOS, PFOA, and the lesser known NMP and NEP. According to the FDA, many of these chemicals constitute a class of compounds that have found their way into the food chain. Although the harmful PFOA and PFOS acids are being phased out of production, non-stick coatings today are often made with the aid of a new generation of fluoropolymers, known as GenX fluorinated chemicals and PFBS, which the EPA has cited as suggestive of cancer and when consumed, may affect the kidneys, blood, immune system, liver and developing fetuses. Also of concern are APEO chemicals, which are restricted in Germany due to potential toxicity. By not using these ‘forever chemicals,’ the Stone Earth Sauce Pan stands ahead of the curve, achieving the highest marks for food safety and environmental health. The coating is applied using a water-based technique that is also free of the potentially harmful chemicals NMP and NEP. The Stone Earth Sauce Pan is made of a heavy-gauge aluminum core that allows for quick and even cooking without hot spots. My huge skillet with glass lid keeps down on splatter mess. Slow cooked meats is less tough, if low heat now high. The extra handle is perfect to prevent scalding when draining. Great for meats, veggies, pasta. Dishwasher safe.

I love the look and feel of this sauce pan. It’s pretty heavy but not to heavy. It’s deep enough where I can make a big batch of gravy I love the deepness of it. It’s very well made and cone with a lid with a steam release hole so you can keep the lid on. I personally recommend this sauce pan it’s non stick which I love too.

I love the heavy duty quality of this 5.3 qt All In One Sauce Pan. The first thing I love is the size as it is great for cooking large family meals. This pan features a great non stick coating so my foods don’t stick and which also allows for easy clean up. I also love the heat resistant handle and a bonus is the side handle. This makes it easy to carry from stove to dining table. The glass lid allows you to vent steam and keep an eye on your food for even cooking.

This is such a great large sauce pan. It serves so many needs. First let me say I love the non toxic interior. It is non stick and seems to evenly distribute the heat. Second it cleans up easily. I use it as a frying pan also. I Love that it comes with a lid. 5qt capacity is all you ever need for most stews, sauces and soups. Very please with Ozeri 5qt sauce pan I would definitely recommend this product
