Description

This commercial quality cotton candy machine features a stainless steel cabinet, spun aluminum bowl and the proprietary Stabilizer. Sold with the aluminum spun bowl at no additional cost. All Paragon Cotton Candy machines are equipped with four carbon brushes and contact with the brass slip rings in a slightly unbalanced sugar load, this extra hardware helps prevent damage to the brass. 1200-Watt, 10 Amp, 120-Volt. 1/12 HP motor operates at 3400 RPM. This machine can go from off to producing candy in less than 30 seconds, which is awesome. The only problem is that it’s not compatible with Paragon bubble tops. The reason for this is that the leather straps tear the candy to pieces and shoot it out from the bubble due to the concentrated air circulation. The only solution I found to this is to remove the leather straps, but the drawback is that it eliminates the air circulation and the candy gets sucked toward the motor. However it is workable if you keep an eye on it. Alternately, without the bubble the candy will definitely explode from the top.
