I was able to chat with customer support which steered me in the right direction. I was able to maximize my PC memory at a reasonable price (certainly cheaper than a new machine). This and the new SSD has given the machine a new life.

B&H helped me identify the maximum memory the machine would take. I Installed it and it came right up and worked great.

So far seems like perfectly good RAM. Have bought other Patriot products before and been satisfied. Happy to find this DDR3 option for a great price. These sticks do the job for me and now I can run more stuff simultaneously on an older system. Usual prompt ship from B&H. Only question is… why did I wait so long to make this upgrade?
