Monitor no longer had the cables needed – this was a fast fix at a great price. (I’m sure we lost the cables when moving.)

Bought this cable to connect my graphics board to my older monitor. It works fine as I expected it would.
Carter Purdy (verified owner) –
This cable allowed me to connect my new PC’s HDMI port to an older DVI monitor. It worked great and was a perfect match.

I have two monitors that have great picture quality. This cord Is not powering up the monitor with Mac studio, but it works perfectly with MacBook Pro. Smooth and vivid colors. Quality is good for what is suppose to do. I ended up connecting the monitors using dvi port with usbc adaptors. Bought from Amazon. Buy the most expensive one if you need it to work on Mac studio.

Works as expected. Reasonable price.

OK, it is just a cable. A well-made one. The priceless part is that this cable replaced a contraption installed at a client between a monitor with DVI connector and a PC with an HDMI connector. This contraption caused flickering, color shifts and headaches. This cable gave a pristine picture. Since DVI and HDMI are digital, no signal conversion is needed. Sometimes the (right) cable is more than just a cable.

This connector is all you need to connect a Mac mini M1 or any computer with a HDMI video out to a DVI monitor input, it’s inexpensive and it works.
