The 18″ red Pearstone 7-pin Internal Straight to 90-Degree Serial ATA Cable features Serial ATA connectors for internal PC storage connections. Depending upon the peripherals used, you can get data transfer rates up to 6 Gbps. A 90-degree angled connector positions the cable in a way that produces less bend, and allows the cable to line up straight. This translates to reduced cable bend and fatigue for long-term durability.

A little pricey as I could have purchased one elsewhere, but since I was purchasing an Icy Dock 2.5 to 3.5 adapter for my new ssd, I just added it to the cart for convenience. I’ve connected it to my motherboard as an extra, but I haven’t actually used it as of yet. I’m sure it’ll be fine.
